sir thank you so much, I am a BSc biochemistry student in Kerala university, by watching your videos tutorials i got 98 percentage mark in third semester, thank you Sir thank you so much
As watching other videos of Shomu's biology, I understand and easily grasp everything you teach using the board. Anyway, thank you for awakening the little love I had towards biology. 😊
Your videos are very helpful .it helps me to understand complicated pathways easily. please upload video on biosynthesis and degradation of pyrimidine and purine .
Sir I am a neet aspirant , I want to ask is Pentose phosphate shuttle important for neet preparation , it wasn't taught in coaching class but I've a doubt I may have missed two classes or so, please respond

Hi, i would like to know how the biosynthesis of l-ascorbic acid is related to ppp( i know there are more possible pathways); Im interested in a pathway which consists of D-glucuronate to L-gulonate conversion, than gulonolactone is formed, than ascorbic acid(this pathway i found in basics of biochemistry from p.carlson)(it is a pathway without phosphorylated products)i would like to ask you how it is related to ppp. Thanks

Okay
Why is it called as anabolic rather than a catabolic 6 carbon Sugar is changed with 5 carbon one ?
thats because, generated 5 C sugars are converted back to hexose sugars.
Write hmp also in the poster
thank you ^^
Sir please make 1 video for *GABA shunt pathway
sir please explain how to write in exam of all topics
structure is necessary for this pathway. ..
Nice
Sir...why 7 molecule of water is required for 6 molecule of glucose-6-phosphate in pentose phosphate pathway??
@Amit Manna, one water is required by lactonase at second step of oxidative reactions. for oxidation of 6 Glc 6P, u need only 6 water molecules not 7.
@@proteinengineering007 ok..thank u sir.
