  • This former Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF) de Havilland DH.98 Mosquito fighter-bomber was recently restored to the airworthy status after 15 years of strenuous restoration work at Ardmore Airport in New Zealand. It will conduct flight display at Warbirds over Wanaka airshow at the end of March 2024 before being shipped to US.
Until today (16th March 2024) there are five airworthy Mosquitos in the world. It is worth noting that four of them were restored in New Zealand, a great accomplishment for Kiwi aviation industry and community in general.
