Cassie if you like those you should try the Elf Smudge Pots. They are so great, they do not crease and they do not move all day. I really like them over the Maybelline color tattoos!
Lauren Palumbo yup they are really great. I honestly end up just wearing them most days on my eyes rather than deal with eye shadow. I am loving the Wine Not color in the fall and winter!

CASSIE PLZ TRY WET N WILD PRIMER IN THE WHITE TUBE I HAVE EXTREMELY OILY EYE LIDS AND THAT STUFF IS LIKE SUPER GLUE!!! It sets quickly so you have to apply your base shadow right away but it's so much cheaper than what you use! Also your skin looks fantastic and I love your fur babies.

Hi Cassie, I love all your videos, this one included. Thank you for your honest opinions on all your first impressions, UA-cam made me buy it, and let's tests. Now If I may offer my own opinion. I too have fake acrylic nails so I understand the struggle of keeping the underneath clean. When you were first showing the beautiful eye shadows, I saw some things under your nails especially your thumb. Maybe can you do a nail care video on keeping them clean with a nail brush and test different brands of nail brushes or cuticle oils or something. It'll help us all out on the end. P.S. I'm in love with your cats
CateSimulate I'm in no way a nail tech or anything but shouldn't your natural nail not have any space between it and the acrylic one? Mine never do when I get my nails done. I mean eventually they do, but that's usually when I'm in need to have them removed/ redone anyway. I don't know, i couldn't be totally wrong lol
Agreed. I have acrylics and they can sometimes be a pain to maintain, but it's worth staying on top of cleaning them so you don't run into any issues. Cassie: your acrylics have lifted off your natural nail. It happens to everyone at some point, and your nail tech can easily fix it! If you don't get your nails fixed when they've lifted it creates an opening that gets all sorts of gunk caught between it. It's a bit unsanitary and can put you at risk for fungal issues.
I may be mistaken, but I believe she has the LC nails - the ones that are actually melted into the natural nail so that they become part of the natural nail. At least I think that's how she explained it. I don't think it's possible for that type of nail to lift. (Am I crazy?)
LCN nails aren't a permanent modification to the nail. They're more durable than gel polish and tend to last longer than acrylics, but it's still very possible for the bonding to wear off and for the nail to lift.

The best advice I got was to get another rescue, but this time get a kitten (all my rescue cats and dogs were 4 years or older) - because they are so funny .. and he was right! Just know it does get easier over time. 💜

(im 16) but a few months later my family got a new kitty, her name is penny, and i love her so much. I still miss Galileo but i love my experiences with Penny i wouldnt trade her for the world.

they did used to have creme eye shadows but they came in quads before, not individually. this was years ago. i just now finished mine. im glad they brought these back.
Awws, cute kitty! :D I had a devil of a time first opening the product. I went online to find out I had to take something small to wedge in between the lid and base, and it took a number of times, and stabbing my hand in order to get them open. But...once they were open, it was easy to open and close again. Yes, very silky, the application is wonderfully smooth, it's buildable and does last a LONG time without creasing! I bought them so I can take them along travelling and not have to carry a large palette.

Oh revlon had these sets of 4 or five in a palette. they were beautiful finish and creased up and looked like complete poop in , no kidding, 2 minutes. this was long long ago...
Anytime I use a creme shadow I put a regular pigment eyeshadow on top. It sort of seals it in place and no creasing happens! Just a little tiparooo lol
You look extra EXTRA pretty with those eyeshadows. Now I want one too. I rarely do eyeshadow since I don't really have anywhere to go, but if I do, I wanted to make sure it is something pretty but also neutral. Glad you love it Cassie! :D

I use 715 Espresso. I love it! My makeup routine is very slap dash and these slip on the eyelids effortlessly and go the distance! Unfortunately they took them off the shelf so you have to go online to get them.
My eyes are super wrinkly and small so I think creme shadow wouldn't be good as it could empasize crepeiness? The color tatoo does That. Let's see how it works on your big eyes
stupid question. The LCN gels one you are locked into a design ie French tips is that it. Could one do a color if they wanted the next they got them filled. I love your nails but what if you get bored with that look? Do you got to start over? I am too ADD to have just one I guess. those eye shadows are so pretty!
Great review! I went to rite aid to get some and revlon was buy one get one FREE! So I picked up four. The purple (740), the pink (745) the matte brown (720 - which I also tried as a cream contour 👍), and a light bronze/rose gold (730). The purple and pink aren't my daily make up kind of thing, but I'm wearing the purple today and it's very pretty. It's not a saturated purple...it's more of a soft gray purple with lots of microshimmer. I'm wearing it with the matte brown in my crease and outside corner...looks great. Love these!!!!
Have you tried the wet n wild eyeshadow primer? I have compared it (one/one on each eye) with the UD, Milani, Lorac, and some others and it is always way better! I, too, have eyeshadow creasing problems but that one is def the best over tried though I haven't tried the Balm one you use.... but for like $2 you need to try if you haven't :)

Have you tried elf smudge pots? I have super oily lids and everything creases on me. Even with high end primers. The only things that don't crease on my eye are the elf eye primer and their smudge pots. Plus the primer is only $2 and the cream shadows are $3.
Two years later 🤦🏻♀️ but I just got into cream shadows ( it cuts down the application time for me) and they’re great for my hooded eyes. I hated the maybeline ones but love these. I need to try the elf smudge pots.

How does 730 look on the eyelids? Is it as pigmented and shiny as 710? I've been wanting a cream eye shadow that's a beige color with slight pink undertones, and I'm not a fan of shimmery/glittery finishes but I am a huge fan of a shiny, almost "wet" look on the eyelids.
I was doing makeup for Revlon like in the 2004 and yes they have some cream eyeshadows like little palettes of cream base and the thing with that doesn't work because they want us to teach how to do cream eyeshadow with our fingers that was in Puerto Rico i remember that nobody can't do the blending so good so yeah they discontinued the product btw i love ur reviews and ur chanel have a great night hun xoxox

I would LOVE to se you do a review of the Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet Lipsticks. Can't seem to find much about them here on youtube, but I absolutely adore them, they are so light on my lips, they don"t dry all the way down, but they are matte but not drying on the lips. They are amazing!
I tend to stay away from drug store products because I'm a high end gal (except for the Covergirl Supersizer that I bought and love because of you,) but you've also just convinced me to get these because they're absolutely beautiful on you and look like such a good formula for me. I'm not one to fuss over eye makeup. I just want something quick, pigmented and smooth, so creams might be a good option for me. They might even make a good base for my ABH Modern Renaissance pallet, which you also convinced me to buy!
I bought this last night but I didn't have my glasses on so I thought I bought a color called Camel. Yay I guess I got Caramel. Gonna try the purple one soon too. Helpful as always Cassie.
My eyes water like crazy throughout the day and no eyeshadow ever lasts on me.... Until now! I bought one of these bad boys yesterday and I'm going back to walgreens asap to get every color they have! This lasted for the whole 10 hours that I had it on with absolutely zero creasing or wearing off! I have like 2 drawers full of eyeshadows that last an hour on me, maybe I can use these as a primer as well.

I could only get my paws on 2 colors a couple of weeks ago and I got Black Currant (purple) and Pistachio (dark green) and I have worn Black Current almost daily. the brush helps get to the spots the finger can miss and also blend it a little better. I loved the Maybelline Color Tattoos, but I think I like these better. The downfall is finding them and the few color choices. I use the Urban Decay primer potion and the color stayed and no creasing. Like in your video, with primer the color looks more intense. I recommend.

What ever foundation you have on looks good. I at first thought your skin had just super cleared up and then I looked and saw you had on B.B. Cream. I hope it lasts because you look super amazing.
Oh! Good to know! I'll have to try them out sometime. I have crazy oily eyelids and they crease like nuts, I found that I can get my eyeshadow to stay pretty much perfect all day, without creasing, when I use my Etude House eye primer (about $7 on iHerb) and then going over that with an Elf Smudge Pot cream eyeshadow. After that I use whatever powder shadows I feel like, the combo works great for me! If I am going to have a particularly heinous day I might add some of the Elf Makeup Lock and Seal over top of it and that works even more fantabulously.... just be careful not to get it in your eye because it feels like the devil ate a bucket of Carolina Reapers, then spit on an ice pick, shoved it in your eye then spit in your eye. Unfortunately I am almost always running late when I am getting ready and get super careless. oTL
Cassie - my local Walgreens (in Bloomington off 494/Penn) only had a few neutral shades of these. But at CVS (again in Bloomington) they had a much larger selection! So if you're interested in seeing the other colors, try CVS!

Yes, Revlon has had cream eyeshadows for years. They came packaged four coordinating colors per container.

Have you tried elf smudge pots? I have super oily lids and everything creases on me. Even with high end primers. The only things that don't crease on my eye are the elf eye primer and their smudge pots. Plus the primer is only $2 and the cream shadows are $3.

Two years later 🤦🏻♀️ but I just got into cream shadows ( it cuts down the application time for me) and they’re great for my hooded eyes. I hated the maybeline ones but love these. I need to try the elf smudge pots.

How does 730 look on the eyelids? Is it as pigmented and shiny as 710? I've been wanting a cream eye shadow that's a beige color with slight pink undertones, and I'm not a fan of shimmery/glittery finishes but I am a huge fan of a shiny, almost "wet" look on the eyelids.
I was doing makeup for Revlon like in the 2004 and yes they have some cream eyeshadows like little palettes of cream base and the thing with that doesn't work because they want us to teach how to do cream eyeshadow with our fingers that was in Puerto Rico i remember that nobody can't do the blending so good so yeah they discontinued the product btw i love ur reviews and ur chanel have a great night hun xoxox
Hey, have you ever tried Eyeshadow Fix Matte by Zoeva? It's a mattifying eyeshadow base, great thing for oily eyelids. You should totally try and review it!

Can't seem to find much about them here on youtube, but I absolutely adore them, they are so light on my lips, they don"t dry all the way down, but they are matte but not drying on the lips.
They are amazing!
I tend to stay away from drug store products because I'm a high end gal (except for the Covergirl Supersizer that I bought and love because of you,) but you've also just convinced me to get these because they're absolutely beautiful on you and look like such a good formula for me. I'm not one to fuss over eye makeup. I just want something quick, pigmented and smooth, so creams might be a good option for me. They might even make a good base for my ABH Modern Renaissance pallet, which you also convinced me to buy!

I bought this last night but I didn't have my glasses on so I thought I bought a color called Camel. Yay I guess I got Caramel. Gonna try the purple one soon too. Helpful as always Cassie.

My eyes water like crazy throughout the day and no eyeshadow ever lasts on me.... Until now! I bought one of these bad boys yesterday and I'm going back to walgreens asap to get every color they have! This lasted for the whole 10 hours that I had it on with absolutely zero creasing or wearing off! I have like 2 drawers full of eyeshadows that last an hour on me, maybe I can use these as a primer as well.

I could only get my paws on 2 colors a couple of weeks ago and I got Black Currant (purple) and Pistachio (dark green) and I have worn Black Current almost daily. the brush helps get to the spots the finger can miss and also blend it a little better. I loved the Maybelline Color Tattoos, but I think I like these better. The downfall is finding them and the few color choices. I use the Urban Decay primer potion and the color stayed and no creasing. Like in your video, with primer the color looks more intense. I recommend.

What ever foundation you have on looks good. I at first thought your skin had just super cleared up and then I looked and saw you had on B.B. Cream. I hope it lasts because you look super amazing.

Oh! Good to know! I'll have to try them out sometime. I have crazy oily eyelids and they crease like nuts, I found that I can get my eyeshadow to stay pretty much perfect all day, without creasing, when I use my Etude House eye primer (about $7 on iHerb) and then going over that with an Elf Smudge Pot cream eyeshadow. After that I use whatever powder shadows I feel like, the combo works great for me!
If I am going to have a particularly heinous day I might add some of the Elf Makeup Lock and Seal over top of it and that works even more fantabulously.... just be careful not to get it in your eye because it feels like the devil ate a bucket of Carolina Reapers, then spit on an ice pick, shoved it in your eye then spit in your eye. Unfortunately I am almost always running late when I am getting ready and get super careless. oTL
Cassie - my local Walgreens (in Bloomington off 494/Penn) only had a few neutral shades of these. But at CVS (again in Bloomington) they had a much larger selection! So if you're interested in seeing the other colors, try CVS!
