I know about Super Hyperarmor mode Zangief. Jumping bodyslam with some blockstring assist types or something is inevitable. It's almost impossible to counter. Keep away and throw some projectiles or whatever you can use. It's pretty hard if you're getting cornered too soon.

I think my scrub killer team is dirtier... I pair up zangief with doom rocks assist, and also spam jumping splash. When close, I'll sometimes sneak in a hcf kick grab without calling doom, or after he's left

The damage on that Tron assist is broken iirc, unsure if it's an exploit. In MvC2 it's all fair game I suppose but I expected better from one of the world's masters.
Rush down with magneto, open zangief up and punish don’t give him the space to turn to iron gief, run run run storm hail hail hail and more hail. Or get a character that builds meter quick and tag in cable and hyper viper beam him to smitherines 😂

Ruby was made to be the "face" of Marvel 2 kind of. I usually run Rogue Ruby Colossus/Juggernaut or Bulleta Ruby Colossus/Juggernaut. Two different style teams somewhat, but it's mainly just that I love those characters (been playing Bulleta/B.b. Hood since the 90s in Vampire savior, even if she's gimmicky in MvC2 and fishes for hits, I like playing midrange with her). Doom rocks work well Rogue for pressure/combo extensions, but I don't really like Doom. As for the other two, I generally play two archetypes, mid-long range poke heavy characters or mid-short range big body/grapplers. Those two are my favorite big bodies in this game, but I've played Bulleta/Ruby/Blackheart and Bulleta/Cable/Collossus if I want to play the game of "annoy them into making mistakes by keeping away and punishing them they screw up and give up their turn" type play.

Zangief has an unlockable super that's easy. It's like jab, lariat, super.
You can easily jump between the lariet and FAB activation. It only catches rookies offguard
