I've been married to my Filipina wife now for 13 years and everytime we return for our vacation we always stay at the City Garden Hotel Makati as we have always been comfortable there, the last time we were there on August 2017 I made a suggestion on paper that was provided in the room if you had any complaints or how they could improve things further, my complaint was other people/families coming and going in the early hours of the morning slamming doors and having no respect for other people sleeping, A simple sign on each landing wouldn't go amiss, some people have no respect for others, I plan on going again on January 2018 and would be stopping at the City Garden and will be curious to see if my complaint letter at the hotel had any affect.

Hey Frank, I understand your complaint. However regardless of any hotel you stay at, you are likely to find some issues. Even with a sign on each landing, most likely people who are disrespectful, are not really going to care, in fact it may even encourage the behavior. Sorry to hear that your experience was not so wonderful.
