I just ordered Salomon the Squasher from BBTS. He was Sold-out for awhile, but knowing BBTS, sometimes Out-of stock items usually come back probably due to order cancellations. I found it available today, and quickly bought it. This whole line is awesome, but budgetary constraints kept me from getting the whole set. Salomon's look actually reminds me of Hercules. Herc wore the Nemean Lion's hide as his armor due to it's impenatribility. He also carried a heavy club as his primary weapon. This is the reason I really wanted Salomon. Hopefully, I can get him next week.
The helmet on him is some of the best sculpting, paint, and just overall awesomeness I've ever seen on a fig... You're going to love it.

After over a yr, BBTS has both wave 1 & 2 on their site!! I was able to order Solomon and the Gladiator with Murrilon helmet! Got em for $54 each!
Awesome! Xesray figs are very underrated, they are really cool and now they have Wave 3 up for preorder which includes females now! Thanks for having a look!

The extra armor was a bonus for ordering the whole wave, the first wave had a extra helmet

They look great. Wish I could've have at least one of this wave.
Hopefully there will be a restock at some point. They did it for wave 1, so there's no reason not to... Especially considering they are sold out everywhere, that should prove that people wanted these guys. Keep your eyes on the usual toy websites over the next few months.
Alternate yelling/screaming heads for the Gladiators would be awesome to include in some future packin deal.
Yes, agreed! Maybe they will incorporate that with wave 3, since this wave now gives us alternate hands.
@@datamag2018 I just ordered Wave 1 from BBTS... I might even jump into Mythic Legions because of these, lol. Its a damn shame how so few companies make figures with expressive emotion in their head sculpts...Although, Marvel Legends have been doing it more frequently lately. I've been saying it for years, closed fists and yelling/angry head sculpts are must haves for these types of figures... really any figure that will be displayed fighting or engaged in battle should include an option for your choice of display.
Hi ! Great review ! Big Bad Toy Store got the items back, and I orderws the 2nd wave. It should arrive in a couple of weeks. Were you able to cut the Roman soldier's "skirt" to get more articulation ? I wish that BBTS was able to get the first wave back, because the figures are extremely expensive in " Evil Bay".
I actually never got around to cutting the skirt piece... I'll have to take a look at that next time I get a chance. I got so distracted by other stuff that I haven't really messed with figs from wave 2 much since I got them. glad you were able to score some!
