Zafra Arquitectos y Orca Design presentan el corto cinematográfico y la visualización en primera persona de un nuevo proyecto de vivienda: La Casa Modelo 2022, una increíble casa contemporánea ubicada dentro de exclusiva urbanización en Puembo, Ecuador. Este proyecto dispuesto como un hito arquitectónico, conjuga la funcionalidad con los detalles y la elegancia de su forma. Esto sumado a la comodidad y amplitud de una casa boutique. Cuenta con 5 habitaciones, entre esas un master tipo boutique, 4 estacionamientos cubiertos, piscina, bar, BBQ, espejos de agua, jardines, dobles alturas, amplios espacios sociales, una espectacular cocina moderna, grandes paneles de vidrio que destacan su entrepiso de 3,10 metros.

This project arranged as an architectural landmark, combines functionality with details and the elegance of its form. This added to the comfort and spaciousness of a boutique house. It has 5 bedrooms including a boutique-style master, 4 covered parking spaces, pool, bar, BBQ, water mirrors, gardens, double heights, large social spaces, a spectacular modern kitchen, large glass panels that highlight its 3.10 meters level floor.

I like. My 300-meter house is a good size for me, but it doesn't have that exquisite finish. I would like this. I just don't really like neon or beamed light in this featured house.
