Ingredients Fresh Red Chillies - 250 gms Wash, Wipe and Remove Stems Cut into small pieces Keep under the sun/fan for some time Fennel Seeds(Saunf) - 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard Seeds (Peeli Sarso) - 1 tbsp Black Mustard Seeds (Kaali Sarso) - 1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds (Methi) - 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 1 tbsp Slightly Roast for 30 seconds Cool down and transfer to a mixer grinder Turmeric Powder (Haldi) - 1 tbsp Degi Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Mango Powder (Amchoor) - 1 tbsp Salt - 1.5 tbsp Coarsely Grind into a Powder Add the achar masala Nigella Seeds (Kalonji) - 1 tsp Mustard Oil(Heated and Cooled Down) - 1/2 Cup Mix Well and Store in an Airtight Container
