The rebounding is good for lymph and brain health, but the choreography and your enthusiasm and encouragement are just as good for brain and mental health. THANK YOU!

I used the lace ups today for the workout and it does bring it up a not h even after my Kettlebell-dumbbell fusion. Oh man my arms and shoulders are toast! What a great pick me up

My mother in law introduced this to me, week 1 and not only do i feel great, i have already lost 600g! i still have a long way to go, but i LOVE this so much - much better than Gym and running (which i had to put alot of effort into doing because the love was just not there) thank you so much Michelle! Day 3 done today but i had lots of coordination difficulties...but i like very much boucing...was like dancing...was fun and we burn calories 😂 step by step the challenge is done!! This challenge was one of my favourites! Thanks Michelle for all you do! 😘
Woo hoo! Day 3 done! What do you recommend for the tension setting on my jump sort 350 pro when doing your workouts? I just got it and I left it on the way it came which according to the user manual is the softest setting. Appreciate your feedback thanks!
Got myself a present today and bought a rebounder, because I hate jumping (oh, those plyo lunges and burpees!) 😅 Does this make sense? I had so much fun I did day 1, 2 and three in a row!
