In NFL games I always notice that every kick is different every time, sometimes the ball 🏈 is kicked from the left or right hash marks. The ball 🏈 is never kicked from dead center. Why is that? What determines what side the ball 🏈 will be kicked from?
wherever the ball was dead last play, it's snapped wherever the ball is down. You could theoretically snap the ball to the middle of the field from the hash but then you wouldn't have any blockers and the snapper would be over the line of scrimmage.
