Hey loves, today I thought I’d try out a hair mask base that uses two of my favorite ingredients: avocados and fenugreek.
These are ingredients that, when I have the option, I will add to almost every single hair mask. They give my curls glorious shine, softness, and manageability that I adore. But, because avocados are so unpredictable (one second they’re too hard, the next they’re rotten), I’ve been struggling to incorporate them into my hair care routine.
So, this week I decided to try to preserve my avocados as a base that I can thaw and add to my hair masks as needed. I think they came out beautifully!
Here are the ingredients
3 ripe avocados
1/3 cup fenugreek paste
2 tablespoons of oil
You can use this mask as is or add some of your favorite Ayurvedic powders such as amla, hibiscus, bhringaraj, henna, or marshmallow root for a potent hair and scalp treatment (I will share how I used this mask in one of my next videos!)

These days its really not advisable to drive at night alone as a woman. Just too many creeps and bad stuff happening daily. If you can change your job to a 9-5, that would be best. I see you have a ufo icon. Have you had an encounter?
@@Katarina23 No I haven’t had any encounters. I know some people who had. I believe them. I do see strange things flying around but I’m mindful that I live next to a private airport that the military use. Actually it used to be an Air Force base. Thank you. I tried working during the day I just can’t function at my best during early hours. I’m in my 50s so hopefully I can retire soon. 🤞🏼
What can be added to it as a natural preservative to make it stored under room temperature?
We eat instead of mask, It will be helpful for entire body, like fenugreek tea, avocado juice
Can it go bad if stored in room temperature
Hey there, should I keep the molds in a specific location after they've frozen? Should it be in a dark room for example, or should I just put them back in the freezer? This feels like silly question, but I just want to double check.
Keep them in the freezer until you are ready to use them.
