The Problem Is Toys That Has More Articulation Becomes Very Loose Cause The Toy Collectors Keep Changing The Poses Over and Over Again Overtime The Figures Will Become Loose As Time Fly

Yes this video was done by Mattel it was in 2019 to announce the Origins Line. As for why the heads keep switching you may want to ask Mattel.

It was 2019. It's the announcement for the Origins line as a whole showing all the new articulation.
