Great artwork! It's very beautiful. Please continue to share your wonderful works. I am waiting for your work. I learned a lot from your work. Of course I respect you. my friend!
Is there a shortcut to toggle magnetics on & off when moving objects around? I feel like you used to be able to just press a finger down on the screen to enable it then let go to disable, but that isn’t working for me anymore now. -
When I use the Transform tool, if the object is pretty small, I can’t move it without triggering the actions of the outside points and changing the shape or size. The only workaround I’ve found is to zoom way in so that, I assume, my fingertip is small enough in comparison to the bounding box for moving it to work
I know it's been a while, and it might've been an update or something, but you can move small objects by dragging it while tapping outside of the bounding box! That way it will not trigger Rotate/Transform points.
How can I move the transform bounding box in Adobe illustrator? I mean the last thing you explained... it’s very interesting but not sure if you (or anyone) know how to do it. thanks
nice info!!!!! lately i have got an apple pen and started working with it, but when i select the drawing guide and then i uneselect it the pen keeps drawing straight lines! how can i fix that?
I am really scared rotating my illustrations cause it blurs like crazy my drawing. Yes, I've tried bilinear, bicubic, neighbor and still it destroys my art. Is this happening to you as well?
Hey Leo, I have a question. How would you go about masking out solid colors? I've been looking all around the internet and it seems that procreate can't automatically mask out colors.
I'm guessing you've already played around with the Selection Tool > Automatic? Sliding left or right while it's activated will change the threshold. It's a hit and miss feature, but it does a decent job of value selection.
@@GrowMoreVeggies yeah I have. I still think procreate could do with a feature that allows you t select an exact color and remove all of that color from the image
There's some things I miss about the old transform tool. Do my fingers have to be in the bounding box in order to resize it? I used to be able to place my fingers anywhere on the canvas and be able to resize an object as long as it was selected. Same with rotating. Select object, place a finger on top right corner of bounding box and another in bottom left (or vice versa) and rotate. Are these gestures impossible now with the new update? If I select an object now and try to rotate it the old way, it rotates the entire canvas.
I have the same issue, i'd try to resize and rotate an object in the bounding box, only to be met with frustration when it wouldn't do as I wanted and instead moved the whole canvas.
Thank you Leo very clear explanation. Is there any advantage to not aligning the rotational box to the shape or any functional use of this? Otherwise why not just automatically synchronise the rotational box to the shape? Also it’s great to have specific recommendations for the snapping parameters.... saved me a lot of time puzzling it out. Cheers
tap the rotate handle to input the exact degree you want to rotate. Can do the same thing with the sizing
Oh yes, that is a super cool tip as well!
Thanks, Leo. You always lay things out so clearly and simply. It's much appreciated.
My pleasure!

How do you get that pencil sound when you draw
Thank you

@@Fyrestare I agree. I'd pay for the app again for that feature

I’m wondering the same thing.
Wait...this allows me to completely center things on my canvas?!? That was impossible before, right? OMG, so cool.
👍 Leo
Thanks Karim, have good safe day my friend!
@@ghostpaper you too bro 😊
Oh wait I am the first comment........
