Thank you so much for sharing this technique. The painting is beautiful. Seeing how to use canned air to make an abstract painting will be very helpful when I am working on making abstracts.
My pleasure. Have fun with the technique in your abstract work!
love the looseness!
Thanks, Teri!
The thing I love about this painting is that the viewer can name these flowers anything they wish, whatever they see. I'm RVing for 3 months and just checked my stash and I have some Grafix, Yay! Thanks so much for all of these presentations, you've got my latent juices flowing again!
That is so true! Enjoy !
Thank you for this lovely idea. You explain very well, I love it🥰
Thank you! Enjoy using the technique in your artwork!
I love Korinne's teaching style, easy relaxed, always fun and you end up with a fabulous piece of art that you can recreate on your own.
So glad you enjoy it!
I saved this to watch again when I am able to work along with it. Love the results, Korrinne, and agree with your choice of favorite.
Thanks, Nancy. I think less is more sometimes!
9:16am. Thanks Korrine! I appreciate your tips about not painting waiting for your first layer to dry and being selective about creating negative space with a controlled burst of compressed air. These tips are so helpful as a beginner with alcohol inks.
I am so glad you found it helpful!
Just lovely!!!
Thank you, Beth!
Beautiful demonstration!
Thank you Andrea!
Thanks for a fun presentation, Korinne! I love the bundle of violets and can't wait to try this technique! 😃
I am so glad you liked it, Marlene!
Thank you so much, Korinne! This looks like a very fun and relaxing project. And thank you to Grafix for sponsoring this week of tutorials - it's been fun to see all the things that can be done with the various Grafix products.
My pleasure!
Love this demo. Beautiful painting!
Thank you!
Looks fun and simple. I'll have to give it a try. I don't have canned air, but I'm guessing a Tim Holtz blowing tool might work too. Thanks a million Korinne.
Thanks, Debra! Yes,the blowing tool may not move the ink as far, yet it is a good alternative!
@@KorinneCarpinoArt I'll keep you posted (or tag you) when I give it a try. Thanks again.
Thank you Korinne. I enjoyed the simplicity of your demonstration and the fact that it is something anyone can do and make their own.
My pleasure!
Thanks for the demo! I like your style! I will have to try that . I have never used the canned air or this type of paper...
Thank you, Jackie! Canned air takes practice to get the short, gentle puffs! And you will love this paper!
Great demonstration! Love the colors.
Thank you! Amazing what we can paint with only three colors.

So pretty! I do love Graphix, but haven’t use it this way. I’m definitely excited to try the abstract flowers, because it’s one of my favorite ways to paint. Thank you so much!
