@@Henry_Martin hector's gambit also has nf3 and nc3, but i have not played it in quite a while since nobody in 1000-1300 elo range seem to play it

First of all : good video.
My question is : at a low level, against Caro-Kann 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5, White very often plays 3.Nf3. And my Caro-Kann book is shallow about this variant. Could you give me tips to get the best of White's weak 3.Nf3 move ? or at least what issues make this move weak.
