Super juicy & moist chicken skewers in the air fryer | Air fryer chicken

A quick and healthy weeknight dinner made in my air fryer oven
These chicken skewers were so moist and juicy and to top that off they were healthy and delicious. Let me know what you think of them 😃
Chicken marrinade
-1 kg chicken
-1 tsp each of salt, pepper, paprika, red chilli flakes, garlic powder & mixed herbs
-Handful Coriander leaves
-2 tbsp mayonnaise
-2 tbsp soy sauce
-1/2 red onion diced
Garnish
1 tbsp butter
Coriander leaves
4 cloves of garlic crushed
Air fryer oven option -15 mins on 200C
Fan oven- 25 mins in a preheated oven @ 200C
