while buying wine i get confused a lot about the brand of the wine, like which is a good brand and which is not good. I have a basic idea about some brands like sula and jacobs creek but if you could tell us more about the the best bands which are easily available in NCR and India in general. Thanks
In Indian wines Sula and Grover Zampa are the two older brands which have been making and selling quality wines for around 20 years or so now. And they have a wide range of products for every budget, from new drinkers and low budget to premium offerings. Newer wineries have also opened which make good products like Fratelli, KRSMA, Big Banyan to name a few.
Your Indian + English Translation is so good! It's mixed together in a smooth way that makes it easy to understand! Thankyou! Learning a Lot about wine! :3 Love From Australia!
Yes, after opening a wine bottle, wine starts to get oxidized, and loses flavour, becomes more acidic and sour in taste. If left unrefrigertaed, wine should be consumed the same day of opening. Typically red wine is not refrigerated so you should finish the bottle within a day. In the fridge it can be kept for 2-3 days before it gets affected by oxidation.
Availability of Canadian and American whiskies in India currently is very low, apart from the biggest basic brands like Canadian Club, JD, Jim Beam and whatnot. More specialized and rarer brands are not available at all.
Please mention some good foreign wine brands with their prices in India and also please make a detailed video on the ageing process i.e. for how many years it is aged and why white wines are aged in steel containers.
Rose wine is simple, like MB explained in this video Red wine is produced by steeping the grape juice with the skins which gives it colour and tannins. Rose wine is produced by steeping with the skins for a shorter period of time, hence less colour and tannins are absorbed by the juice.
There is no best, it is like asking which is best, Scotch or Bourbon or Indian or Japanese in whisky. They are very basic classification of wine based on colour, which actually does not give you much information about the quality and taste of a particular wine. The only main thing in general is that white wines are usually fresher, fruitier and more acidic with a lighter body and red wines have a heavier body and more notes of spice, leather, wood etc due to tannins. But otherwise both red and white wines are made from a huge variety of grapes, from a variety of countries and climate conditions, and therefore have a huge variety of taste profiles and flavour notes. The only way to drink wine is to try out different wines of different grapes, country, style, brand, etc. And then drink the ones which you enjoyed while continuing to explore new experiences.
Basis thumb rule for serving wines: White (8-12 C) Red (14-18 C). Lot depends on the grape which makes it light or full bodied. Champange to be served at 8C. Not taking over your channel Manish. Just adding some more info. Keep up your good work.

Nice. One question. Is there any difference between two after opening bottle time to consume. In what time me must consumed both after opening.

मनीष भाई एक सवाल अगर अगूंर से वाइन बनता है तो अनार से क्यों नहीं बन पाता प्लीज जवाब जरूर देना
