-It does surprisingly, just make a copy of the world you want to do it with
and do it on the copy of the world and so that if it didn't work on first try
you won't lose your world :)

It works everybody the one main tip I have is don't wait until it actually autosaves, wait like 10 seconds and then close app. If you see the autosave icon while your waiting then it won't work

Thaaaaaaank youuuuuu soooooo much. Now I have access to everything and I can create the world I want and have fun adventuring at the at the same time.
Just did it on ps5 and it still works. Do note though, that this won’t work in a survival world where you’ve “saved and exited.” Like the video said, it did indeed ruin the glitch. I suggest making a temporary world to quickly nock out the achievements. You could also start over and make sure you never “Save and Exit” to maintain the illusion that you did everything legitimately, and not have that tag at the top of settings saying you cheated.

Completed the game after 10 years, and did not see this video?!
So, I was going for minecart 500m achievement and when I didn't know I want going far enough, that wad when I thought the glitch was fake. So, I made sure if it wasn't or was by doing the "do 9 or more damage" (I think it was) achievement and to my surprise, it worked! So, I did a few more and they all got unlocked. Ty!

I’ve been playing in my world for a while trying to get my trophies and I didn’t get one I was expecting so I checked and it said trophies couldn’t be earned 😂 couldn’t remember changing game mode
