God bless you in your fight. You are so young. It’s a rotten disease but I got it at the other end of the life cycle. Stage 4 at 85. Keep on keeping on and continue doing all the outside sports and fun things. I force myself to garden and work outside in my yard. And I feel another tumor again, so I a just keep on keeping on. Never quit!
My sister had cancer when she was 17 years old, had surgery having her spleen out and then chemotherapy and radiotherapy. She survived and still going strong.
I also have had a double mastectomy due to aggressive cancer. I was a 34HH. I was lucky that it was picked up on my FIRST mammogram at 48. I am now 54 and I got the 'all clear' in June?! I remind myself every day how lucky I am. I was diagnosed with non-classical hEDS at the same time. Ive been fighting pain since I was 12, and I have had lung, heart, bowel, bladder, adrenal, thyroid, bone, joint, blood disease too. We are not dying of disease, we are living with it!! 🎉
My first BC diagnosis was in 1999 at age 27, and back then they didn’t really know how to treat us young patients. It was rare to have BC at that age. I was lucky that I had a surgeon who, though he didn’t think it was cancer, listened to me and did a biopsy. I was stage I when diagnosed the first time. In 2019, almost 20 years later, I received a new primary BC diagnosis. This time stage 2A. This time, a double mastectomy, chemo, and endocrine therapy. Scanxiety and PTC with cancer patients/survivors is real… and an often under considered aspect of the cancer journey. Bless you and best wishes for your journey and continued regression of disease and returning to NED.
What an inspirational young woman!!! So young to have received this diagnosis!! I'm a Nurse and her age on diagnosis truly surprised me!! Best wishes to her!!
Wow what a strong young woman! I’ve just been diagnosed with stage 2/3 breast cancer age 36 & had a mastectomy last week. Your video has given me strength and hope. You are amazing sweetheart!! I will watch this video every time I’m feeling down x 💜
You're an amazing, strong and inspirational young lady! You understand the value of living and making the most of each day. My mom has been living with stage 4 cancer for 15 years and it's stable. I pray that you are healed ❤🙏 Never forget that God is the ultimate healer ❤❤❤
Do not ever lose hope... my mom is at the 1 yr mark of her diagnosis, after taxol, keytruda then when it mets to liver they did do the trial which was Eribulin and SDX, she had to stop after 2x as it affected her heart, miracle her marker dropped to 19... so without chemo for a month, she is starting chemo pills now, we have hope and you must have hope too...we are Indian so of course we believe in the holistic so it's also been turkey tail, essiatic tea, broccoli sprouts big time and sour sop tea religiously...my prayers for you❤@janedixon1047
Oh my goodness! You are amazing! Strong, positive, while going through so much at such a young age. I was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year but I hadn't gone through a third of you've experienced. I'm also much older. I promised myself to look at your video and listen to your story whenever I start feeling sorry for myself. I hope you're doing well! Sending you hugs and healthy vibes and thank you for sharing your story.
This is why we need this channel! 18 year olds do get cancer and people need to INSIST on proper diagnostic evaluation 😢 Doctors gaslight. Don’t let this happen to you. Speak up and demand tests. Sending Brittany and everyone love ❤️
❤ What Cancer Cannot Do Cancer is so limited...It cannot cripple love. It cannot shatter hope. It cannot corrode faith. It cannot eat away peace. It cannot destroy confidence. It cannot kill friendship. It cannot shut out memories. It cannot silence courage. It cannot reduce eternal life. It cannot quench the Spirit. Thank you for sharing your story. ❤❤❤❤❤
I love Brittney's story. She is a brave young woman to go through treatments every 21 days. Look forward to her getting the all clear one day. Sending her love ❤️ and support ❤️.
BRAVA! ❤Her approach to viewing scans in a positive way as a gift, is admirable. My approach is the opposite, I shut down and start thinking how things are going to go downhill if my NED has come to an end. It's debilitating and making me waste the precious gift of the good times between scans. I'm twice as old as she is and I hope I can learn to do it her way.
I agree that Brittney’s infectious high spirits (at least in this video) are very admirable. But I was and am more like you. I tend towards pessimism. I think that, to a certain extent, people are born with a tendency towards pessimism or optimism. When I was dx with breast cancer (at 51), I “knew” I’d die soon. It’s been 24 years and I’m still here and now more afraid of getting dementia than of cancer. I’m just sharing this because there’s nothing wrong with not being optimistic (I know you know this, but I still want to emphasize it). But learning to not dwell on the worst outcome sure helps us feel better. Wishing all the best to you and all of us who’ve been diagnosed.
Wow, Britney. You are wise beyond your years (to say the least). You seem to have the wisdom of a sixty year old woman. I hope you become a motivational speaker. I believe you can have a wonderful career (or chapter even) traveling, motivating and giving hope to those than need it the most. Whatever and wherever the world takes you, you’ll go far! 🎉💜🌻
Brittney you’re an inspirational-full of wisdom at a very young age-cancer tried to steal Your precious life, but you defied it, against all of its odds. You’re an amazing brilliant and brave young lady. God bless you and grant you a complete healing and a bright future!
I started following Brittany and other ladies when I was first diagnosed in 2019. I'm also on enhertu. It hasn't been easy my last scan show no signs of cancer. 🙏💙
Your positivity shines through so well! You make me smile. I have Acute Myeloid Leukemia and am still in remission. Stay strong! Love from Nashville, TN!
What a wise young woman. I was dx'd with BC at 37 and 47. Today I'm 65. I am so impressed that this young lady learned so much at this age. I to believe we have to be our own advocate. It truly is a show up and stand up against cancer. It is wicked but you can find your way through it. Faith really helped me.
doctors these days dont want to do accept that cancer doesnt discrimante it can happen at any age and these insurance companies need to stop to put age on when a person needs mammo etc....i think your positive attitude really helps with cancer....and staying stress free also helps....your a strong young lady who will be ok and live many many years...eat healthy and drink lots of water....and stay active sending lots of prayers and love
What a story of hope. It’s wonderful that you are living an amazing life and aren’t letting your diagnosis rob you of your joy and passions. Good advice about finding doctors who keep things positive. Your team is SO important and they really do set the tone. Best of everything to you Brittney.
Thank u so so so much for sharing pray God grant u and everyone suffering this horrible disease 🦠 cancer with cancer free and long happy healthy life Ameen🙏🏽❤️♥️❤️💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I know that your story will help those who are going through any type of cancer right now. UA-cam is a good place to kind of l8kr have your own panel. I'm pleased that areas so far are clear. Your so brave to have gone through so much.
You are an angel A truly beautiful soul Go girl you have plenty of courage strength and all the positivity to fight this and you are doing brilliantly.Camilla Aylward Dublin Ireland
What a brave and intelligent young woman you are!! My sister is 2 decades older than you and has been dealing with an aggressive form of breast cancer for one year. She was extremely depressed for most of this time, but is doing better emotionally now and is working again. Sending positive thoughts, prayers and virtual hugs to you and your family :-)
How are you now, my mom has stage 4 triple negative, chemo helped when it moved to the hip bone, today its in the liver... they want her to do a trial Evexomostat...
Did the trial worked? Most chemo medication are very toxic to liver. Liver can’t heal when it is often bombarded with poison. I had to stop my medication bc it was hitting my liver. Now they wanted to try a new remedy but when I researched it said that can be worst on liver. So I declined the treatment and looking for another opinion. Doctors don’t know what they are doing. Some enjoy clinical trials. Not all are honest with their patients. They don’t care about us. How is your sister doing?
One sister with a rare kind of disease was asked to repeat this verse and she was healed completely. But if the spirit of him that raised up JESUS from the dead dwell in you, He that raisedup❤ Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies byhis spirit that dwelleth in you.
I just want to share that none of us knows how long we have on this earth. But Jesus knows all things. He knows the unknown. Jesus is our only hope and salvation. Jesus came to die on the cross and shed his blood so that we can be forgiven of our sins. And, He was buried and rose again on the third day so that we can have eternal life. The most good news that anyone can hear is that Jesus made a way for us to be saved from spending an eternity in hell. Heaven is real and awaits us who are saved by Jesus Christ, the Lord! Born-again believers have a blessed hope that only Jesus can give. Fear God and Worship Him. JESUS IS WORTHY TO BE PRAISED! Call upon the Name of the Lord and thou shalt be saved! Jesus is coming back to judge the earth! Repent for Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. Hope you come to have a personal relationship with Jesus! For there is none like Him!

I would like to known whether she was on the contraceptive pill, as that is one of the suspected culprits of cancer.
