Never saw this originally. But fascinating, to see how people that are normally either team sport players, or individual sport players adapt to these things, and conditions. The basketball really showed how weak individual sports people are in team games, where soccer players are used to constantly pressing, and finding space for each other, as a norm in there sports. Fascinating competition that shows the difference between the two different types of sports people, ie those who play in teams, vs those who compete by themselves as individuals.

The use of the word soccer as a diminutive of Association Football goes back to the 19th century in the UK. But ignorant people just claim it is an "Americanization" of the English language.

So good the athletes won. The footballers narrowly won 4 events. The athletes destroyed them in the other 4. By far better overall.
