Question to anyone that can help...well my first 49ner embroidery patch on Se 625 was stitching smooth...then I got to my last color...which Stitchs on top of another color. Now it's bird nesting? Ahhh🤔🤯😱

I just remove the stabilizer and trim the tails.

Hi! Great video! My napkins keep ripping either during stitching or when I'm trying to remove the stabilizer. Any suggestions? I'm using 40 wt polyester thread with a 75/11 needle and medium weight sticky tear away stabilizer.

People have 40wt rayon or polyester- can you use a 65 needle with 40wt thread ?

You can but I recommend a 75/11 needle with 40wt. The eye of that needle is bigger. You might experience some shredding.
