Cooking Munchis With Len ( Waffle Wings Recipe )

Waffle Wings Recipe
Ingredients
Season chicken with
Salt
pepper
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp paprika
FLOUR DRY MIX
1 1/2 cup flour
salt to taste
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp paprika
1/2 ground black pepper
2 onion powder
2 tbsp corn starch
WET MIX
2 eggs or coconut milk or etc
1/3 cup seasoned flour
HENNY SAUCE
½ cup butter (113g)
1/2 cup of Hennessy
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Tablespoon Honey
Salt to taste
WAFFLE MIX
2 large Eggs
2 ¼ cups of flour (270g)
½ cup Butter (113g)
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
¼ cup granulated sugar (50g)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups whole milk.
