You do get a PR, but it takes 18 months or so... so therefore, employers give you a work permit so that you can come early

Sure... PR will still be difficult as you don’t have masters / PG... and for work permit.. we did explain this in our AIPP video.. do check that

You will need a job offer for this program. And it won’t be easy to get that if you weren’t working in the last few years.

If you NOC is 4031 / 4032, I would recommend to look at study option. PNP May not be possible as teaching is regulated
