There is so many ways to program, which is cool, because small shifts can create variety and bust through plateaus. The key is sticking with the principles of strength training and then using methods as strategies to get the results that you want.
In this video I share some examples of programming methods we use that are not as traditional and also show how you can combine then to improve your programs and/or change them up as you've been feeling a bit complacent and need some novelty.

Amazing. In my semi -private group classes we do circuit training and EDT and they really love it. Since i don't have very heavy weights and equipments, EDT works wonders for my clients. Thank you Luka, it's always a pleasure to learn from you.

Shaking things up by following principles is always the best path. Yes, learning new methods to follow these principles would be great! Thanks Luka

Hi, I've been keeping an eye on your course of small group training for several weeks. And I would like to know if the course includes a section to schedule sessions for special people such as people over 50, pregnant women, beginners, overweight, etc... Also, at the end of the course do they give you a certificate? Thank you very much and very good content.❤

Small group programming fits the majority of the general population, but when it comes to more specific people like pregnant women, I don’t get specifically into it as it’s not customized for that small percent of our clients (although I teach how to program around different obstacles).
There’s currently not certification upon completion.
