25% indias mattress market share belongs to economy low range mattress.price is below Rs.8000.
All mattress manufacturing companies wants to raise its market share in this 25% segments thats why competition is too high in this segment.
so all mattress manufacturing companies even top companies of india start EPE or Kini foam mattress which are low cost and durable.
but this ep foam is harmful for human health due to its close cell structure and hot in nature insted of it due to low customer awareness this kind of mattress sells in indian market.
EPE foam was developed for packaging purpose because its light weight,easy to maintain,sock absorber,water resistance etc..etc..and easy to recycle.
kini foam mattress is too harmful for child as well as old age person so we not recommend this kind of cheap mattress.if you have low budget than you can go for natural cotton mattress.

Sir better to assamble mattress in this budget don't buy online otherwise in this budget online mattress will become soft in few months. 4inch HR foam or PU foam 32 density plus 1inch soft foam best.

400 to 1000+ depending upon sofa design and labour skill

….. chhota manufacturer keya kare ga agar EPE foam nahi use karega, 8000/- to bohat rate hai , customer to 2 se 3 hajar mein gada chahta hai ,,,, , 2-3 hzaar wala saler aur customer keya karga , agar epe foam use nahi karega , baki 8000 ke niche Bounded ka gada aur 4000 mein PU. Foam ka gada mil jata hai
