Musical arrangement by Ren. Message in a Bottle (guitar riff) added to the song Back on 74. Backing singers sang "Let it go" at the end, from Back On 74 this was blended into Message in a Bottle. Both songs connected with an original rap bridge, written by Ren.🤯
Opening - Back on 74 - by Jungle (UK electronic funk/soul group, song released 2023)
Bridge - Naughty bars by Ren (original lyrics 2024)
Closing - Message in the bottle - by Sting (The Police, song released 1979)
Ren is extremely versatile & immensely talented, so you never know what to expect but you're always pleasantly surprised. He's been called a once in a generational artist & is self taught on multiple musical instruments. Plus Ren is also a singer/songwriter/rapper/beatboxer, studio producer, actor, director, poet & storyteller. You really need to dive into his catalog.👍

Ren is the most talented musician i have heard in decades. He does it all and has no genre, everything he releases is amazing.
His last album hit #1 in the UK. He’s working on a follow up that he says is less rap focused. You should check out another recent release titled Mackay. It’s a beautiful instrumental piece.
While the original by Jungle is more stylistically related to soul music from the 70s, I like Ren's cover better. Especially with the "Message in a Bottle" guitar riff that eventually morphs completely into the song by The Police. Very creative!

I'm so happy you found the Ren rabbit hole. I had to cut back on his stuff because he will consume my brain. He is an incredible young man with a sad but inspiring story.

May I sugest "busking Ren" with his band "the big push". But tbh anything Ren does is 🔥.
You cant prepare for Ren. He can do any genre and play multiple instruments.
This was Ren's rap stitching together his 2 retakes of the Jungle original edm song and the original Police song. Rens voice has many tonal and range similarities to Sting.
He is self taught in several more instruments and writes, produces, directs his videos and has over 200 songs on his channel. Incredibly gifted and hard working. He has been in Canada for more thsn a year getting specialized treatment for autoimmunity and brain damage and chronic pain from long misdiagnosed Lyme disease.
I suggest the cinematic gem he filmed back in 2015 during the worst part of his illness,when he was fighting for his sanity as well as his life. It is calked Crutch. I subbed fir mire Ren. You will always be surpeised.
It can take quite some time for artists and their songs filter through to those who don't also have subscribers who follow Ren. The main thing is he got here and I have no doubt he'll carry on down the rabbit hole, you can tell he's impressed by Ren, so let us all suggest more Ren The Big Push, Romain Axisa, Gorran Kendall, Chinchilla, Sam Tompkins, etc, etc. Let's educate him on the biggest explosion in musical talent for decades.

Jungle's Back on 74 is an instant earworm, very different than Ren's take. And the music video is mindblowing. The naughty bars piece in the middle is pure Ren. Message In A Bottle is from The Police featuring one of Ren's favorites singers, Sting.
Check out his mashup of Fred again. Ren is a masterful artist, he conquers everything he does exceptionelly. Acting, producing, writing, singing and rapping, playing multiple instruments. ❤
