      29:00 four categories? Really? The man was found naked, dead and hidden in his own house. Over 50, not married, living alone and not dating. The person had to be strong enough to stuff him naked wrapped in a carpet in a crawl space. He didn't crawl up there on his own butt naked with one sock on and wrap himself in a carpet.
      His gay lover he didn't tell anyone about did it.
      Prove me wrong if you don't believe me.

    The really sad thing about this is the statistical chances of producing such a person who can do such good work are very slim- you need someone who is driven, with great intelligence, 3D thinking, perfect hand- eye coordination and the luck to be born into a middle class family or better that can put him through years of medical school. .. then this happens. Edit - it turns out that he came from a single mother household so making it as high as he did is a miracle. Frankly the American Dream is just a mirage these days.

      I noticed there was no mention of security cameras & with a house like that you would assume there would be!! I think they know who did it but are building more of a solid case or they just don’t have enough evidence for the DA to make a winnable case!!

    • @shaun5047
      @shaun5047 9 місяців тому

      Lol To make a statement like that highly suggests one thing.. that they definitely have incriminating evidence and got overconfident. As stated in the video it’s probably the same situation as the college murders in Ohio. Aka the police are quietly gathering all the evidence but chose not to share it with the public. Which is just traditional how investigations are supposed to go.
      Pick any decent neighborhood in America and it’s going be full of Ring doorbell cameras. A rich neighborhood like that I’m sure multiple cameras caught the audio of the shots. Don’t forget video of the killer’s car. It’s basically impossible to stay invisible with the amount of cameras everywhere.

    Early on in the case it was reported that the Dr did not have an alarm system. It was also reported that he was a gay male. These two factors weren’t mentioned in this report.
    I thought that it was surprising he had no alarm system or possibly camera system.
    In addition in order to drag a full grown man into an upper crawl space a great amount of strength would be needed.
    Additionally he was nude with the exception of 1 sock.
    I believe a strong male was involved, possibly a male romantic interest.

      I'd say his family has asked LE to suppress the fact he was (allegedly) gay.
      Even if they have DNA they have to find the person who left. It . If that person has no previous criminal history then they have a big problem. Murder was by firearm so blood from a knife wound and so on...

      @angelabiery-jones5556 9 місяців тому +43

      53, not married, no children, extremely successful, lived in a fancy & impeccably decorated mansion more than likely indicates he was gay. Maybe he wasn’t dragged to the attic but led there at gun point then shot in the attic, dragged to another area & covered to conceal his body. Or he could of been in the attic for a weird fantasy with a lover, that’s why the sheet & comforter were up there & something happened where an argument in sued which led to the murder. Maybe it wasn’t a partner but an escort or someone from a website he met. In any scenario there will be an electronic trail.

    I am fascinated by this case. Has anyone looked at the images on Zillow where this house is currently for sale? The third floor has a bedroom with a bed that only has a fitted sheet. Top sheet and comforter are missing. The room next to that bedroom appears to be a large game room with those sort of half doors that probably lead to the attic crawlspace. Those crawlspaces are probably just the slanted eaves of the house and possibly where he was found. In that game room there is a seating area with no rug underneath. Every other seating area in that house has a rug under it. Seemed odd to me that that one did not. In my opinion the upstairs may have been the play area. That bedroom may have been the bedroom he preferred to "entertain" in. I don't think the killer put that sock on him. I think he was getting undressed and before he got that last sock off the killer surprised him. Or if he dragged him by the feet maybe the other sock came off. Wouldn't have been far to drag him if he was that close to the crawlspace already. And then used the sheet and comforter from that bed and that rug to cover him up. Another thing I thought was odd, I did a google map search of the house and then did a street view of the house. Don't know when that image was taken by google but laying on the sidewalk right in front of the walkway of the house is a surgical mask and what looks like maybe a sock or something. I wondered why that trash would be there and nothing else because the place looks pristine otherwise. I know, I watch to many Agatha Christie movies.

    16:30 That happens a lot regardless of headlines. People see obituaries, a lot of which include time and date of the funeral services, then thieves break in during the funeral assuming anyone who would be in the house is attending the funeral. If not that, they simply see an obituary/hear someone is dead, look up their address, then rob the house. I've known two families who actually hired "security" to just kinda of hang around the house during the funeral just so it looked like someone was home. After my grandmother passed away, in addition to the security system that was in place, we actually placed cameras around her house and property because her house was so isolated from the neighbors and my parents were worried someone would break in, regardless of the security system, because it would likely take police a good while to get out there...

One of the cases I just saw was solved 10 years later. Because deceased relative shared info about what happened a few days before the murder all while his aunt is saying the police were not doing anything. That info led police to look into other things they didn't know and finally solved the case. I'm sure there are some detectives who do not care, that is with every career though. The house is simply an "improvement" on the piece of real estate. The real estate/land itself is of nominal value in Detroit..They're taking into the personal effects/contents, personal taste. Unless there's a cash buyer the real estate will never appraise for that amount for a mortgage. At that asking price it's going to sit on the market for so long that it will be even further stigmatized beyond what it obviously already is. It's eventually going to be "dumped" unless a movie studio wants to purchase it to make a thriller movie out of this tragedy/circus.

I've never been inside of his home, but, I have been up and down his street many times, and to one party on his block I believe. That doc knew some people I know. They told me personally he preferred cheap male prostitutes. Book smart people (doctors and etc.) many times crash into street lessons. I don't condone drug (recreational marijuana too) and whore use. "You don't skimp on your drugs, whores," and I reiterate, you shouldn't deviate from God

      @@redlikewineagain697 Bringing things to the police can be a challenge that is why many of us comment on UA-cam so the authorities can see our words. Sometimes the police have egos or are embarrassed to learn people on the street have solved the crime. We are still hoping a suburb police department in the area arrest people for a murder-suicide that happened in a different area (not Detroit, but Macomb county suburb) years ago. I hate such red tape! But it happens sometimes when suburbs try to minimize crime to save face, or when cops are too embarrassed to fix their reports. Sick world we live in

    Could it have been a gay lover that committed this crime?

    Rip doctor. He lived on the same block as berry Gordy did back in the 60s. Almost looked like the same mansion that Gordy had back in the motown years.

      Exactly. That doesn't make sense.....a mansion with no security system in place.

    I gave up on this video after about 8 minutes. Just a couple of talking heads saying that there's no news on this case. Then what's the purpose of the video? Maybe the video gets better later. But the first 8 minutes seems like filler.

    This story reminds me of the movie “Midnight in the garden of good and evil”.
    There’s a rich, prominent professional who is beloved by the community he lives in but is connected to seedy people secretly in his personal life. This connection ultimately lead to tragedy.

    🚩hey isn't this the case that when police did the well fair check initially they did not find him in the house,... and it wasn't until another day or so the neighbor noticed a smell and flies inside of one of the rooms windows, so they called the police again and that's when they found him in the attic crawl space!!!
    This is very unfortunate

      No. A "friend" asked for clearance to have the place cleaned up before the family arrived and was given the ok by the police but she wanted a police escort to sweep the place first. While doing that the po-po said Hold up wait a minute! (I believe that's when they found evidence he was obviously dragged face down to the upper level) then another LE agency was called. Those homes are so large sitting on acre lots that there's no way a neighbor would have smelled anything unless they were climbing a ladder to clean windows, which they would have needed to see any flies too..
