Yes, the team is no stranger to creating large productions, look at murder drones, but I mean something made on the internet. Something not made by some industry shills working for some big-name studio but something more down to earth and something made by people with passion. Something made with love that we enjoy being hated on for whatever people can find because they crave the fuel that validation in their echo chambers bring.

But they already have wonderful shows such cheap and easy to make high quality shows as Rings of power 😂. It's not about the product, nor is it even about the people. It's about destroying everything until nothing but an echo chamber exists.

I'm almost surprised that someone didn't go after Vasquez for Invader Zim or Johnny the Homicidal Maniac because of the dark humor. I have a feeling that The Amazing Digital Circus is going to to wonders for helping us end the Hatedom's shrinking influence once and for all, as Indie animation goes from big to BIGGER (because let's be honest this is now bigger than Hazbin EVER was on release) it might lead to the majority of the internet taking second looks at indie animation and seeing the medium for what it truly can be. The more mainstream indie animation gets the harder it will be for the Hate to shine through.
I wholeheartedly agree! This “hatedom” that has spawned is actually terrifying to me…and it’s one of the reasons why I may never post a video myself-EVER.
The unfortunate state of some indie animators: ⚠️Trade offer⚠️ We (fandom) receive: An extremely well made and carefully put together animation with good VAs and an intriguing storyline You receive: You address, phone number, chat logs, twitter details, private info leaked and a ton of controversy around a stupid event that happened ages ago. doxxing is so dangerous. all i can think of is gavin free and meg turney when an obsessed fan showed up to their house in the middle of the night with a gun, threatening to kill gavin because he is dating meg. doxxing needs to stop.
I'm not a big fan of TADC, but I'm not gonna DOX people. Just because you hate something doesn't mean that it should be removed. Just because you hate something doesn't mean the creators deserve to be doxxed. If you hate something, then that's your problem. It seems like every fandom nowadays is receiving so much toxicity just for the creators sometimes doing nothing, you can like the art but not the artist. The internet needs to chill.
I find it very pathetic they would go to lengths to harm your friend and the creators just cause of the shows. Especially going as far to dox people and think it's fine when it's very illegal.
This is both so funny and so infuriating at the same time. Even if she does have an odd fetish, what's the problem? She's and adult and it's fiction, she isn't actually going out and drilling people's heads. This weird puritism happening online is so bizarre. These people would lose their minds if they saw the kind of nsfw things I draw of my own characters. I can't help but feel a lot of these people are minors, but that's just me hoping they grow out of it and realize that kinks aren't evil.
these are almost definitely mostly minors, if not all of them. I def acted like this at some point when I was a hormone-enraged, developing 11 year old on Twitter and unrestricted internet access. Thankfully I grew out of it and got off Twitter, and ofc I'm not saying every minor on the internet is this immature (i am still a minor so-), but man I can't help but wonder if these ppl were kids who never matured out of this phase,,,
Kinks are evil tho. Just because you want to think that drawing and jerking off on gore is normal, doesn't make it actually normal. Its disgusting. Sure, i dont agree with doxxing or hating stuff, but genuinely saying i understand why someone could start hating. Im saying that as a person with a really disgusting fetish myself.

I think the reason why the hatedom is so hard on indie shows on the internet is because 1) you know the creator and can find everything about them online 2) there's no big compagnie name protecting the show 3) maybe there's some envy here for something popular 4) it's easier to hate something than just, build good critisism. I just hope with now glitch in the game and all those indie shows coming together, it will be a better protection agaisn't this hatedom or even lower it.

I have a couple of webcomics that I want to get back into making eventually, but I decided a long time ago that any new projects I start are going to be under a pseudonym with zero links to me or anything I've done before.
It worries me too since I’m beginning to create my own series with my own stories, especially when people bring up mistakes I did in the past so it’s why I don’t really like getting too much attention anymore
Yeah getting attention has become risky and that sucks ass. You want people to see your stuff because you want to show your passion but then that popularity attracts the bad apples who want to ruin you because they apparently they don’t want to contribute to society by not being chronically online
I remember an animation memer (who I also am kinda active in their server) who basically got into drama over something VERY personal that happened in their past that got overblown when it brought too much public attention. Right. I like all three of these shows in question and yeah, some people don't and that's fine. Not everything is made to cater to every person's personal interests. Not liking something is OK and you don't have to try to destroy the things you don't like and threaten people's lives just because you don't like it and can't understand why other people do. You can tell these losers are the same kids who would throw a massive temper tantrum during other kids birthday parties and HAD to get their own gifts and cake with candles just to appease their spoiled little egos because their parents were too lazy or too cowardly to tell them no and explain the very simple concept that not everything is about them.
Honestly I'm thankful Digital Circus is amazing i would have watch just to support it and maybe got some stuff from the store but with it being good I can spiteful enjoy it as well as just normal enjoy it.
People should like what they like, but if the idiots who chose to target not only the creators but also voice actors for these works have nothing better than they should know what it feels like to be harassed. It's shameful that someone would try and hate on a well crafted animated show just because it's not something they like, but just because someone has an interest in something outside the norm (even just artwork) that doesn't necessarily mean they actively like or engage in the activity
It's so pathetic and sad. The only reason why shows like this get so much hate is because they aren't just some big studio, they're created by a small studio with people who are quite active on social media and online so it's easier to attack them. It's sad because everyone these days think they're a critic but it's like not everything needs to be critiqued?
There should be some hotline to the police so people who send death threats and dox people can get a taste of how it feels to have someone unexpectedly show up at their house
Seriously, we shouldn't be harassing the creators or putting them against each other because you don't like any of them or their works. A little side note, I really enjoyed watching the GlitchX live stream, it was so refreshing & lovely to see all the creators get along and have a good time together talking about their shows & drawing each others characters depsite all the internet drama & fandom/hatedom toxicity.
I already mentioned this to another user, but never let the trolls win over something petty. All they crave is attention. They're nothing more than bullies who spew hate for no reason, just because they're insecure about themselves! Whatever you create, never let any of these haters get to you. Everyone has them. But there will be an audience waiting to see what you put out in the world. And thanks to what we're seeing so far, there's a lot of other artists who feel inspired to follow in their footsteps and try their hand at creating something great! It’s genuinely alien to me how some people make it their entire identity to hate on what seem to be anything popular just for the sake thereof. Like “hey look this new animation became popular. I’m going to pour through literal years of Twitter history for every single voice actor and creator in the project to find even a single thing to create a controversy over.” Like just… bruh. Granted, there have been times these kind of people have uncovered serious things like actual pedo stuff, but almost always it’s them making a mountain out of molehills because they have a need for any arbitrary reason to be hostile. Like they go from finding a comic panel they did in 2021, accusing her of it being her fetish. She replies with a joke, which boils down to “I can neither confirm nor deny.” They then use that as proof that it’s their fetish. And THEN they go even further to accuse her of watching CP while watching her (alleged according to them) fetish. I mean holy mental gymnastics Batman. They need to make up a whole fictional scenario in their head to justify their actions.
Some people just decide to hate on whatever is currently popular and label it "cringe" when they're (referring to the haters) the ones being cringy. This is funny and sad at the same time tbh.
People doing things like this is horrible and is childish, people need to calm the hell down and chill out. Its really sad how these people are just be degraded over people that would not say these type of things if it was in their face, people think they can just hide behind screen but we even have a way of finding out who you are even without it. But again, very sad and horrible.
I really don't get why. Even if it was a fetish, who actually cares? Let them be and if you don't enjoy the content they make then just don't watch it. Why is that so hard for these people to not threaten everything they don't like?

One thing i noticed is that from my knowledge helluva and tadc have confirmed queer characters (tadc - zooble is non binary, hb - basically everyone lol) and they both quickly started getting hate compared to other indie shows, it feels like theres a pattern
I watched TADC, and.. maybe I'm still too innocent in that way, but I can't really be bothered to see genders. I see a jester, a chess piece, a rabbit, talking teeth, a bubble, a ribbon, and so on. @@hotcoldfireice97 I get what YOU'RE saying and - no smoke - I get that. It depends on the medium for me, though. For fantastical fiction with absurdist characters, like Digital Circus.. I don't get why any of that should be a concern. The conflict surrounds the circumstance, the absurdity, and the existential body horror, and rather intentionally, the form of the characters has no real bearing on the outcome. On the OTHER hand.. say.. a sitcom? Drama, like _Law & Order?_ Or an animated feature or something of that nature focused on human or humanized animalistic characters, their feelings, and their struggles and situations? That.. that's when representation ought to be considered - when the conflict of the story has to do with the interpersonal relationships of the characters. One funny story about representation, though. As a kid, growing up, one of my favorite "adult" shows was The Cosby Show. I was also a huge fan of Martin, and Living Single, later. Let's just say, safely, I had zero representation on any of those shows. I still enjoyed them for what they were. Twitter... do something about harassment? Why tell a joke in such a serious video? But seriously all of that was uncalled for, what is wrong with people?
Twitter is now run by someone who can’t really even keep the company from falling apart, best to not even have an account on there at all anymore. Most major businesses are pulling away and I don’t blame them.
Gonna be honest I think a lot of the haters are industry plants. It wouldnt surprise me if some of the bigger studios are intimidated by the indie scene, so they have their social media departments make fake accounts to stir up drama and dox indie creators. It is so downright suspicious to me that this drama is only spurring up around indie animation and not on Triple A mainstream productions.
Remember, doxing is a crime! And will get you in trouble! If not with the law then with people who have as little patience as you. Youre not safe either, trolls, and haters.

People make it their sole mission to hate on indie shows and creators in general. They base thier sole identity on defamatory actions out of jealousy, or some other reason. Its honestly sad to see bc TADC has so much potenial to do great things.
This is kinda weird to think, but it’s actually stories like this that there’s probably not that many indie animations out there? Because I honestly want more independent animations out there! This is an art form! It’s a shame that a lot of people just discourage things. 😢
There are indie cartoons that are uploaded every single day. It's just that indie animation is consistent of a few big shows and everyone assumes that's indie animation. When in reality it's 1 guy making a cartoon cause he can. Indie animation has lost its way. I'm not a hater but I feel like it's become too industrelized with giant teams instead of you and a bud making a cartoon over the summer and posting it.
These people who think it’s okay to harass, dox, and send death threats need to get internet shut off for a month, get a life, go touch grass. These creators are putting so much effort into making art they love and shouldn’t be attacked for doing so. I feel these toxic people target indie animation due to the creators have a face and a name, no corporation scare off those that try this. They see the creators as easier to reach, thus attack. I have seen some toxic behaviors like this in bigger fandoms and still not okay. Steven Universe comes to mind where a young girl did a fanart of Steven and his parents. Due to art style and other factors the mom Rose Quartz looked a bit skinny while she is plus sized. People on Twitter started harassing this girl and even sent death threats. One of the show runners called out the harassment and said it wasn’t okay to do that, the haters then turned their harassment towards him. I remember hearing the girl became severely depressed and possibly thought of unaliving herself, but she is doing much better now.
Ok this is a bit off topic but the creator of skibidi toilet, DaFuqBoom has also gotten in a situation like this, a month ago people tried to cancel him because he made a few edgy jokes a few years ago and now recently, this was a week ago but a group of haters had falsely copyright striked DaFuq's videos and there plan was to make sure that he doesn't upload a video ever again and they even doxxed and threatened to blackmail him. Luckily UA-cam stepped in and remove the false strikes and things are good for now.
You don't need to be a fan of the skibidi toilet series from DaFuqBoom to realize that this type of behavior is down right unacceptable. I'm tired of animators being treated like this.
So if these people are exposing others personal information, can we go on and expose their personal information because I’m pretty sure the individuals that love these shows far out numbers the individuals that hate on them and I’m pretty sure we could spam them to oblivion. Just a thought.
If I remember, certain trolls are really just a group of stupid children. So the worst that could happen to them is just getting their devices confiscated by their parents.
Children, gather round while I dispense my bitter Gen X wisdom. ALL popular things attract "haters". This is especially true of things that have a rapid rise, like ADC. This is because there are million of very sad people in the world who feel threatened by and hate anything that, unlike them, is popular and beloved. These people respond to good things by trying to "take them down" and poop all over them in their rage. But don't be too hard on these bitter pathetic souls. Occasionally they uncover real problems in their dyspeptic fervor. And to be honest, they do very little damage as long as you do not take them seriously. Remember that it takes a very broken and disordered soul to have this kind of a reaction, and pity them. After all, you only had to put up with them for a moment, and they have to live with themselves for the rest of their lives.

Goose is the master at disarming drama. She just counters with humor and then ignores it totally.
Even if she does have a drill fetish, why does it matter😭 like oh no an adult person has a fetish *gasp* whatever will we do
exactly! if anything, practically everybody has some sort of fetish. its literally only bad if you actively force it onto other people
The thing is, Im working on a web series myself, but im SUPER scared these freaks are gonna do this again
Some people just decide to hate on whatever is currently popular and label it "cringe" when they're (referring to the haters) the ones being cringy. This is funny and sad at the same time tbh.
No way... an adult, doing.. ADULT things!?!?
"That's kind of hilarious." Gooseworx is an absolute chad
People doing things like this is horrible and is childish, people need to calm the hell down and chill out. Its really sad how these people are just be degraded over people that would not say these type of things if it was in their face, people think they can just hide behind screen but we even have a way of finding out who you are even without it. But again, very sad and horrible.
Bruh can one indie creator go two seconds without getting people hating just to hate
I swear some people are just absolutely pathetic
I really don't get why. Even if it was a fetish, who actually cares? Let them be and if you don't enjoy the content they make then just don't watch it. Why is that so hard for these people to not threaten everything they don't like?
Can't have an original idea or love for a project these days. Living in a spiteful filled world
This world is pretty messed up, it's true. But there's still good people with common sense like you and me. 💝☺
Also, I won't let the possibility of ridiculous harassment/hate stop me from achieving my art/writing dreams. Life's too short for that. 💎💅😎
@@mythicdw7826Amen! It's a sentiment I share as well. The world can be pretty cruel. But if you look past the negativity, there are those who are willing to support you. You're never alone in any of these battles. We've got your back!
Drilling fetish... That's definitely something i haven't seen before.
Do i care? Nah, but i sure as hell im curious lol
Twitter trying not to destroy a small project's reputation (Impossible)
This happens with a lot of popular animations nowadays it's not surprising tbh
I'm starting to feel like there needs to be some kind of system or site where all of this can be compiled and sent to local police departments. It probably wouldn't work and would be too Orwellian, but people shouldn't be allowed to threaten to kill people online and get away with zero repercussions. I'm far from a big fan of any of these creators involved (I don't know most of them), but I can't stand individuals being hate mobbed for literally no reason. There is something seriously wrong with people.
Honestly no people need to be arrested for doxxing especially because these people are probably repeat offenders. The only thing I worry is that these people would overrun the system
Ok but sr pelo drinking a bigger cup every single time he takes a sip has given me immense dopamine.
It's only been over a MONTH and Goose gets doxxed. God people are just...ugh...hope they find millipedes in their bedsheets tonight.
Constant things that'll always happen when you do an indie animation :
-Getting respect if you're not a terrible person
-Getting criticism for you to make the show better if you want to
-Getting your fans harassed by the so-called UTTP who's "declaring" a war against all communities for reasons *below* human comprehension.
I personally don't really like the digital Circus but that's just bc it's not for me but doxxing is disgusting
i am very actively confused by gooseworx being in any sort of drama tbh, like she doesnt seem like the kind of person at ALL to get into that sort of stuff, she just makes silly little animations and music online :(
Gooseworx is a poor unfortunate creator who got doxed over a harmless joke, A-holes are mad at them because they think they have a "drill fetish". Gooseworx got dragged into drama that isn't drama, just an attack for the stupidest reason alive.
People just genuinely want a reason to hate the show and those who like it. Nobody giving constructive criticism does this shit and it feeds the loop of toxic fandom culture (which said people complain about)
@@Magosspud true
People really have nothing to do but actively take a shite on things lmao
One thing i noticed is that from my knowledge helluva and tadc have confirmed queer characters (tadc - zooble is non binary, hb - basically everyone lol) and they both quickly started getting hate compared to other indie shows, it feels like theres a pattern
I watched TADC, and.. maybe I'm still too innocent in that way, but I can't really be bothered to see genders. I see a jester, a chess piece, a rabbit, talking teeth, a bubble, a ribbon, and so on. About the only one that has a "clear gender" to me is the Raggedy Anne doll, and as for the rest.. it just doesn't matter? I mean, this isn't 18+ stuff, so why should it?
@@calanon534representation is nice even when it doesn't affect the story
@@calanon534I understand what you’re saying, but as a gay non-binary person it’s nice seeing other NB characters or lgbtq characters and not another straight male or straight female character. It’s good to see and recognize and accept different genders not just group everyone in a “I don’t see gender”
So, it's not nearly as important to me - but, I'm not knocking you for finding it important to you for your entertainment considerations. Just a bit of insight into an old man's POV.
tbf in helluva/hazbins case theres a lot more valid reasons why ppl hate it
Degenerate: Watches an indie animation on UA-cam
Also Degenerate: “man I hate this show so much. I’m gonna tweet about how much I hate this show!”🤓
Again Degenerate: “Not enough… I’m gonna use my ultrasonic computer skills to dox the creator AND HIS/HER/THEY ENTIRE FAMILY😈🍷🗿”🤓🤳
those degens are probably some anime lovers that are seeing indie animations as a threat to their precious japanese cartoons that japanese workers animating non stop and die off due overworking. (looks at jujumid and mappa scrunch abusers) and they proceed to hate on it, make some of the most cringy shit personality trait high school drama about the creators spreading it on the internet, doxxing their real life stuff for people to witch hunt them. and all to protect their mid to trash shonen/isekai same tropes anime shows.
i just wish there'll be more indie animation shows since Shitwood dont give a fuck about 2d/3d animations anymore and fuck that greedy blacky rat bastard for ruin it.
indie animations are on the rise over at the west and people are liking and loving it.
@@NephalemOwl Offended :/ Pushing that the degens are anime lovers is kinda outta pocket.
Not only would people generally like myself in the anime community not care or even love that shows like TADC and HH/HB blew up (it's more awesome shows to consume, believe it or not weebs can have other hobbies, and one channel I follow is even doing TADC meme content in addition to all the anime/gaming stuff), but ALSO... who tf supports anime crunch/overworking??
Yeah it's sadly industry standard in a way so a lot of us just kinda sigh and be like "yeah, that checks", but that's not supporting it. We don't live in Japan, obviously enough - it's not like our consumption or protests impacts literally anything to do with corporate decisions on their end. Literally no one be like "YEESSSSSS, WORK THEM ALL TO DEATH SO JOJO PART 7 MAY SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY!!", at least in any sense where they'd actually mean it.
Leave the hate at the door. We can love indie animation and the newest seasons of trash isekai and whatever else, coexisting, on our own terms, thank you.
I'll never understand. Like, just turn it off.
We are becoming the exact opposite of what Mr. Rogers wanted us to be, and it's sad.
@@calanon534 damn
Having been Doxxed because of fallout from Story arc in my S.O's comic strip myself.
I can deeply empathize with what these creators are going through as it can have dire consequences.
Twitter... do something about harassment? Why tell a joke in such a serious video?
But seriously all of that was uncalled for, what is wrong with people?
Twitter is now run by someone who can’t really even keep the company from falling apart, best to not even have an account on there at all anymore. Most major businesses are pulling away and I don’t blame them.
imagine being so sad and purposeless that you spend all of your time trying to tear people down over literally nothing
No evidence for this but it would make sense
That honestly would not be out of the question, sadly.
Remember, doxing is a crime! And will get you in trouble! If not with the law then with people who have as little patience as you. Youre not safe either, trolls, and haters.
Barely a month since the pilot came out literally not even a series (yet) and the haters are already spawning with some pathetic drama they’re trying so hard to stir up because they don’t like the fans or show 💀 fetish or not goose is an adult she’s allowed to like adult content not a big deal adults liking NSFW oh no what will we do (like dude get a grip, get off twitter and touch grass)
People harass indie more than corporate due to corporations dont have a face tied to the direct involvment of certain things, or atleast not someone worthy of bullying. Its just some 50 year old guy who doesnt even use twitter most the time, but with indie you know the few select people have a big online presence and thats just juicy for these people to dig into.
so THAT'S Why I got that comment bot I had to ban from my channel... They must've seen me post on a glitch community post and decided to try and tank my channel... Wonder if that's related to my videos getting lower than average views lately. Not like I was ever swinging for the fences, but I was down considerably from where I was expecting to be on a couple things
If it is related, man that sucks
We don’t speak about the drill on these parts
-Milk Man
Wonder where he is
People make it their sole mission to hate on indie shows and creators in general. They base thier sole identity on defamatory actions out of jealousy, or some other reason. Its honestly sad to see bc TADC has so much potenial to do great things.
Wow, well, i don't think it'll stop me from creating my own indie series, and I'm still planning it all out right now!
Bruh lo del acoso a la niña fue culpa de 4chan,
Ok this is a bit off topic but the creator of skibidi toilet, DaFuqBoom has also gotten in a situation like this, a month ago people tried to cancel him because he made a few edgy jokes a few years ago and now recently, this was a week ago but a group of haters had falsely copyright striked DaFuq's videos and there plan was to make sure that he doesn't upload a video ever again and they even doxxed and threatened to blackmail him. Luckily UA-cam stepped in and remove the false strikes and things are good for now.
You don't need to be a fan of the skibidi toilet series from DaFuqBoom to realize that this type of behavior is down right unacceptable.
I'm tired of animators being treated like this.
adult: does stuff adults do
Internet: NOOOO
So if these people are exposing others personal information, can we go on and expose their personal information because I’m pretty sure the individuals that love these shows far out numbers the individuals that hate on them and I’m pretty sure we could spam them to oblivion. Just a thought.
Doxxing people is a crime and these people just need to be reported to the police
If I remember, certain trolls are really just a group of stupid children. So the worst that could happen to them is just getting their devices confiscated by their parents.
@@devofficialchannel not if i can help it, if the parents dont teach manners, the world will
Children, gather round while I dispense my bitter Gen X wisdom.
Also, if you don’t like something DONT WATCH IT! and just move on.
Fr haters lack common sense nowadays
i didn't think it was a literal drill fetish but like- seriously?
people are just get jealous and hate popular things automatically i swear
