- This video is about servicing of LG split type Dual Inverter Air Conditioner (AC) this video shows the first service of our AC. LG gives two free service in the first running year of their inverter ACs and this is one of the free service offered by LG.
This video shows the full process of free service. The cleaning service is done by certified LG technician free of cost with JET pump or jet spray machine.

How is the performance of the LG ac? Do you recommend buying LG or increase budget and buy Mitsubishi Heavy?
The performance of my LG ac is excellent. I have the 3 star model and else the cooling is great. The 5 star model is bigger is size and have more cooling coils. You can buy 5 star model if you want more performance.
I also have a 5 star Mitsubishi AC of 2022 model and it works great also. But personally I like the design, easy to use features and quick service of LG in my area.

How many days after installation did you call for 1st service?? What is the company recommended protocol??
Company says that you have to clean the ac properly once in six months. I had called for service after 7 months of installing it as there was winter season in between.

Outdoor unit ko bina khole clean kiya?
Mera ye AC naya hi hai, to outdoor unit me jyada dust nahi tha, sirf fins ko hi clean karna tha.

1 sal hi hua hai to kholne ki jaroorat nahi hai, Sirf fins clean karne se hi ho jayega, aap aage wale fan ke plastic cover ko kholke under se bhi clean Kara legiye.
Pura kholne ka Kam nahi hai.
Khud vi kor sakte ho mai outdoor unit khud se clean korta hu asan hai

Yes, it must be covered to protect PCB from water damage.
But the technician didn't covered it. They work in their own way. LG must have to train them properly so that they take care of the AC properly.
Is jet spray is free or charged additional?
It depends on the service man, the person who came to my house gave me free jet service, but in comments many people are saying that free service is not offered and the technician is asking money for jet spray.
So, it depends on the technician itself.

LG AC इंडोर यूनिट का पानी लीक हो रहा है में कैसे हल करें
अगर थोड़ा सा लीक कर रहा है जैसे कि 2-3 मिनट में एक दो बूंद तो ये नॉर्मल है और कुछ महीनों में खुद ही ठीक हो जाएगा,
पर अगर लीक ज्यादा हो रहा है तो फिर इसका मतलब है कि water drain पाइप जाम हो गया है आप drainage pipe को सही से चेक करिए और अगर कोई जाम हो तो उसे सही कर सकते है.
अगर फिर भी ठीक नहीं होता है तो फिर AC के अंदर से पाइप ब्लाक होगा धूल मिट्टी या डस्ट के कारण उस स्तिथि में आपको LG के इंजीनियर को बुला के ऐसी के वाटर drain एरिया और पाइप को सही से साफ कराना होगा

Par maine to koi extra charge pay nahi Kiya aur technician ne jet cleaning bhi free offer Kiya. Wo khud hi jet pump le ke aaya tha aur Sara Kam free me hi kar diya.
Aapka technician galat bol raha hai, ye free service hai to free me hi dena chahiye na.

To, ye technician pe depend kar raha hai ki jet service milega ya nahi, kyuki jet machine use karne me unka to kohi loss nahi hai, electricity bill aur water to hum hi denge aur ye jet pump 5k me online mil jata hai aur ye 472 sirf one time ke liye charge kar rahe hai joki kafi jyada hai.
Aap paise deke jet service hi Kara legiye kyuki agar ye indoor unit ko aise hi saf karenge to kuch fayda nahi hoga, sirf upar ka dust hi clean hoga.
Aur 2nd service ke bad to ye log 950 rupees charge karenge service charges jod ke.
भाई बिल्कुल सही कह रहा है मैंने 1 महीने पहले ही ऐसी लगवाया है उसने भी यही बताया था की पहली सर्विस फ्री होगी बिना जेट पंप के और दूसरी सर्विस में लगभग 450 रुपए लगेंगे जेट पंप वाली में और तीसरी सर्विस में लगभग 850 रुपए लगेंगे

LG machine ke 1st year me 2 free service provide karta hai, ye machine ka first service tha, aur jet washing service free mila.
1st year end hone ke bad service charge 800 + jet spray ka 150 lagega.
Aisi ke body mein Pani a raha hai
Agar indoor unit se thoda pani aa raha hai jaise ki kuch minutes me kuch drops to wo normal hai. Par agar jyada pani aa raha hai to phir indoor unit ka drain tray ya drain pipe jam ho gaya hoga.
AC ko service karana hoga.
Agar outdoor unit se pani aa raha hai to fir koi bhi problem nahi hai. Outdoor unit se thoda sa pani aata hi rahta hai.
