  • A variation of Ladder 2.0, utilising time rather than laps for a more comparable workout between sessions.
    Delivered by another of my coaching peers (thanks Stu), it is an interval session which can be delivered to a large size group of mixed abilities as well as in 1-1 coaching.
    Run well.
