- This video is about big round straw baling 2013. The baling took place in September and October near Strathmore, AB, which is a farming community located a half hours drive east of Calgary. I just wanted Sean and Bobbie to be able to share with their friends and family, how they work in the fields. The weather and field conditions where great that fall for big round straw baling.
I have another short video (1:45) of other neighbours silaging. You can watch that one at • Video .
you are doing super farming...
i am inspired by your tecnology and work...
good job ...
Love how you take care of the equipment in the field. Saves wear and downtime due to in-season repair
That bale truck is pretty slick. Looks like a really good way to make loading and unloading a one man job.
+ih1206 Hello there in1206... here's a specific video showing more clearly how the old bale truck works.

Hi John , thanks for your great help today for my wife , we went for the 32 Max chip config . Just placed the order .Cheers
My pleasure! I enjoyed our connection!
Glad I'm not the only one still using the tire for the air filter... And kudos to whoever estimated the wrap.
That's funny Layzer... I hear ya!
Nice video! Greetings, Jan
you guys are doing a great job, thank you!
Love the leaf blower, great idea!
itlldoktm Yes, a simple leaf blower with a long enough tube on it, will make servicing a dusty baler much more efficient and enjoyable!
Great looking crew, loved the video!
that's a cool baleloader.
and lol a random train in the background
That is a really good system.
We use a leaf blower to clean our combine and the tops of the decks of our batwing bushhogs. Good to see people taking care of equipment.
I have 3 of those round balers, and a bale deck on my truck, but a Courtney Berg deck, it's not hard on the truck frame as it is balanced properly, I also have a pup trailer behind it so that I can double my capacity when I travel further. It is a good way of putting up bales.
That is a few bales. Most people don't do that many in a season. Let alone in straw. Sweet truck loading and unloading bales.
great video! would be great to see how the stacked bales are moved into consumption
Now that’s the smartest bale truck I ever seen. Very smart idea. You win hands down. Good job! Where do I buy this at?
From Anvil farms to yours, wishing you the best in the 2015 year! Hey bobbi lee its JD! From bobcat remember?
Heard you've gone farming full time now. Liking it better?

hey Sean, I am a big rig driver, (o.t.r.) I often see flat beds on the road similar to the one that you operate in this video. Wondering what the guys problem is driving that contraption, because of it's configuration.( I'm from the city. (L.A.) ) The problem, it seems is my lack of knowledge. Sean you really made it look cool. Bobbie, you are awesome. I see those round bales all across the countryside and think very hard as to how it is done. After seeing this video, I found myself laughing extremely hard at: MY LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. Had I'd known, or if you didn't make it look so simple, I wouldn't have thought about it so very hard. Why are they strewn all over the field?Who climbed up there to stack those things like that? That must be very hard work? What if they fall down from there? Thanks for putting this one up for us John. It is most enlightening for us big bad truck driving city folk. (STAY SAFE)

Anyone notice the train at 1:08???
Which country is this ???
Canada
bobbie k hi 👋 - why there is no more farming videos? Did you stop farming?
hown many dolars 1 bale?
H I folks, loved the video, can you answer a question for me please, I understand those bales weigh 1700 pounds approximately ,, im wondering what their worth in dollars sold for say biomass?? can you or anyone answer factually, not guess work, please respond to Warren
Straw is hollow and does not weigh 1700lbs a bale. Probably 900-1000 at the very most.
wreckandraceify they’re dense 5x6 bales bud. Probably 1200 at the least
Công nhân hay thiệt
Dang that is one big field.
Аккуратные не то что у нас в России, сколько их вес!?
