    Foundation for Democratic Reforms (FDR) is India’s leading think-tank and scientific research-resource centre for studying, formulating and promoting fundamental reforms in political, electoral and governance spheres and in critical areas of state policy. It was established in 1996 and is based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan, former MLA, former member of National Advisory Council and Second Administrative Reforms Commission is the General Secretary of Foundation for Democratic Reforms. Dr. JP is a physician by training, a public servant by choice, and a democrat by conviction.

    Sir, considering income tax for 12 lakhs about 60,000 roughly are the savings. Considering the rise in inflation due to these savings, what will be the real savings? Will these savings end up with businesses and consumed outside the country eventually? What are your thoughts?
