This rear rotor chain drive is definitely scaring me !

Bring throttle up to 100% slowly to avoid over-torquing drive train. Avoid hovering sideways-if you drop, skids will dig in and tip you. Control your hover parallel to your skids (for now)
Remember it is a two-stroke engine and can die at any time. Expand your envelope slowly.

Cameraman was too scared from last 'training' flights...
Bring throttle to 100% RPM-keep there.
Might warm the engine up a bit more before torquing it up for flight.
WAY better flying. You must be Gentler on the pedals..
Control altitude with ONLY collective-maintain engine at full speed.
Work on more accurate yaw control with pedals.. Look out in front of you, not at ground.
No sideways hover taxiing for now to avoid tip-overs-keep skids ||
    Much, much better..Be Careful :-)
    Please-more vids.

You had left me out of Breath, your collective control has way too much Travel needs to be a bit more sensitive, I recommend you to get a Engine /Rotor/ Rpm Gauge, and yes there is too much slack on the tail Belt.I don't mean to get it any tighter, just add pulleys or split it in to two or three sections

Very unstable design or very inexperienced pilot. There is good reason you don't normally see these home builts flying more than a couple of feet off the ground.
