Wow! I am shocked that you even mentioned Trackmania. Riolu was recently discovered as a cheater so I guess it makes decent sense, but with the Trackmania community being small as it is in comparison, I was expecting something way different. Let alone in #1. This really has me more interested in your channel, seeing you actually do some more digging than just the most popular games. Cool, definitely subbing. :)
What wasn't mentioned about Riolu and Trackmania's scandal is that Riolu and Wirtual were actually good if not close friends prior to that situation. Wirtual's heart was litterally shattered by this discovery; he couldn't believe it himself. He offered Riolu many, many chances to come forth, admit and apologize, even before the publication of the report, but Riolu always denied. Eventually, as people got more and more convinced about the authenticity of the report and cheating allegations, Riolu totally disappeared from the community; a shame, because he was actually one of the best. He still holds many genuine and un-cheated record runs, and he was always among the fastest and most skilled in online tournaments. It took Wirtual many months to heal from this situation, so much he was shocked; unfortunately, it might have taken even more time for Riolu, if ever.
While I am not on adderall, I do take something similar and it WORKS. I am diagnosed with ADD and the medication is prescribed to me. I get the dose that I need to function properly every day (not just for tournaments). I notice the difference clearly, both in every day tasks, but also when I am competing. I take a pretty low dose, but if pros are abusing the "short/burst" version of adderall, TRUST me it will make a difference. Not just a small performance gain, we are talking 110% focus with no slowdown or fatigue throughout the series. if anyone has any questions feel free to ask
Fun fact : forsaken actually DID delete the cheat (word.exe) , but the tournament organizers have software (if u wanna call that) that can undo all the software that already deleted.
Fixing bugs in games is not as simple as going into the code and typing "if broken, don't be". Bugs are usually a combination of a bunch of weird issues that nobody thought of or thought would never occur. Also, if only a small number of people are using an exploit and it's not really harming most gameplay, there's also no financial incentive to fix said bugs. Game developers' bosses will assign them to work on something like DLC rather than fix some minor edge case. So it's a lot more complex than just asking devs to fix their games.
@@playnow254 but there is an incentive when they want to make money out of an ESport with sponsors and commercials. And even more if a team that is entering a competition is showing you said exploits on videos (and perfecting them). And of course is issues nobody excpected but they happened and with the spread of them and how to use them the issue gets worse. If it was an problem for example the one's on Dead by Daylight, that in the new patch sometimes the lockers are invisible is more difficult to know where it happened, but one that happenes the same way every time... not so much
@@playnow254 actually now that I remembered in Dead by daylight, even when they aren't competitive game. They at least saw bugs on the map "Raccoon City Police Department" and took it out of rotation until fixed. (And gave Experience as a sorry to fans). @@jackshizuho1491 you realize they had exploits for almost every map in rotation, right? no matter what, they would have done it at some point in the tournament.
Riolu scandal is huge, biggest cheater in the world, going unnoticed for a decade. I guess when you're that good at the game, it's so hard to spot. It's a shame, and I hope he's doing okay.
The Zwift story is just as dumb the first time I heard it. How is there being a level-playing field considered cheating? Other racers in the race used the Tron Bike too, they just put in the work to get it. Every racing sport in history is loaded with people throwing money at their problems or inefficiencies. It's not like the Tron Bike is inaccessible to other players. Why does it matter if his account has it or not? I remember back in the day League of Legends having rune pages. You needed to grind experience to get all the runes. Riot said "that's dumb, these runes have a significant impact on player power." So they scrapped it and now we have what are essentially talent trees. That's all the Zwift guy did, was bring his competition down to an equal level. Stop covering this bullshit - it's not bizarre because he got the tron bike "illegitimately," it's bizarre because you think Zwift is.
I think you are misunderstanding, not only he unlocked the bike without "grinding" for it, he had a wattage input changer that allowed him to basically tell the server that he is moving at X speed when he is not even pedaling. Watch the part where he explains it himself so u can get it.
@@michaelyao4 yeah but he had to do it to obtain the tron bike. I would argue the game itself should have been balance to either make the tron bike more easily available or to not have such a bike in a game meant to be competitive. If im not wrong, he never used it during any tournament.
@@michaelyao4 The World Champs he won was an in person event he actually went to and rode his bike to win. Also while it was probably not the smartest. UCI hadn't even set up rules for E-Sports cycling when he did it...
@@michaelyao4 he was in the event and they could just run some diagnostics before the game i guess ? i mean how stupid esports orgs can be while putting a title and money on the line then there's a winner they go " oh no , we got ourselves a cheater here"

forsaken managed to kill the growing esports scene in india single-handedly. thankfully its stronger than ever due to valorant being super popular here
The trackmania one is actually pretty impressive if he wasn't cheating. Trackmania and Osu! Share a thing about not being huge esports but are very impressive to watch a high-level play of.
@@2rquoised The tournaments are boring to watch, but people grinding to get top plays are very impressive to watch. It's certainly more of an esport than Fall Guys is. Top-level plays are almost inhuman, it doesn't matter if you hate the culture, clicking small points with precise aim at >220bpm while following complex patterns is worthy of being a spectator sport. Don't forget about players hitting 70clicks/second on the mania game mode.
5:00 imo it does. If adderall gives you an edge in staying up and study for school work (and able to retain the info you studied), how does it not help you stay up and study maps, movement, etc for an FPS?
you didnt mention the funniest thing about the melee pichu hacking incident. the pich changes were so minor that the character was still an objectively worse version of pikachu. if that cheater had just played pikachu he wouldve been a ranked player.
Oh shit! I remember watching HLG back during the days of Halo 3! That's absolutely hilarious they got into an official tourney and won with their strats. Nice to hear they're still around having fun
The funniest part about the Forsaken thing is that you can LITERALLY SEE on the faces of his teammates that ALL of OpTic knew what was going on and they were ALL panicking because he was being exposed. If they didn't know he was cheating they'd look confused, not all literally be staring like that with fear on their faces lmao. He was unfortunately the one that was given the task of using the cheats in the matches (maybe he had the best stats or something so they thought it would seem less sus if it was him idk) but they all knew and all were involved.
id say, if we are going off reactions alone, that theres still a good chance they didnt know he was cheating. their teammate was getting the PC checked for cheats live during a tournament. just the possibility that he has been secretly cheating and is about to ruin the tournament for them is enough to make someone shit themself.
I wouldn't consider Hidden Reach's antics cheating. Everything they did, was done within the games normal functioning. Reminds me of the first For Honor tournament where the winner spammed some of the games most broken/unreactable moves. If there's an exploit, players are well within their rights to use it when money is on the line. Doesn't look very fun but it is the game's fault for being at esports and not being player proof.
There are many instances of players exploiting bugs at officially sponsored events being disqualified for cheating despite not breaking the rules. Game developers don't like to look stupid.
Yeah. Pixelwalking is forbidden in CSGO tournaments. Explanation on what it means: Players can stand on top of each other to get to different angles, but it is also possible to get boosted to otherwise unaccessible spots. Some of these spots have a invisible 1mm ledge that is possible to stand on. If you are standing on something that isn't made to stand on (like the middle of a wall) it's pixelwalking. It's pretty cool, look it up. But it is already forbidden, but left in the game because why fix it?
Any normal person in matchmaking caught cheating could be perma-banned in many games. But when a popular figure does it in a TOURNAMENT, they only get slaps on the wrist. As long as players can watch their favorite streamers get away with smurfing and cheating, competitive integrity will always be a joke.
With all the money that's on the line, I'm surprised there haven't been any busts of genuinely sophisticated hacking schemes in tournaments. Some of these tournaments have million dollar prize pools and some of these teams have sponsorship money. It seems like a major team could easily justify employing their own developers to work on bespoke hacks that are hidden in a player's personal mouse and keyboard. Basically what I'm saying is where's the Lance Armstrong of esports?
Not caught yet. Lance Armstrong never failed a drug test. It's ridiculous to think cheating isn't wide spread at the highest levels of competition. We only catch the dumb ones.
Bruh he won a tournament and could have just went on with it. But instead decided to step forward and admit about his drug issues and misdoings for the benefit of himself and his own teammates. What a champ!
thumbs up to xQc for putting leash on the white knights, props to the Halo exploiters showing off how broken the competitive game is and massive kudos to Donadigo the legend
For the first clip, if you were in a match against lifecoach, a 10 min delay would actually allow you to still see some of the cards in his hand. Lifecoach was infamous for slow play both on hearthstone ladder as well as tournaments. He would rope on turn 1. Even if he knew that there was literally no card at all that he could play
Bringing up xqc is a weird move ngl. Putting him stream snipe in one of the most uncompetitive tournaments with the most amount of "cheating" done by fans just seems unneccesary considering he didn't actually cheat to win but to make content. That being said he shouldn't have done it, but it isn't comparable to the other shit on this list.

Those Halo names we're amazing, what a geniuses!
I used weighted dice... in StarCraft.
My friends never knew.
wirtual did it :)
Trackmania community small? I don't even play trackmania and I know that community that revolves around that game is HUGE.
9:12 LMFAO RAM RANCH THO!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 if i witnessed this ida died on the spot from laughing
how is forsaken not #1? This guy brought cheats to LAN. The balls on this guy.
it's not balls it's stupidity
@@rez4ie You have to admit that he had the guts to delete the cheat right on camera.
watch trackmanias full story!
Imagine you're a referee and you see a pro with a black dot on the middle of the screen drawn on there
is that illegal?
😂 I once use this "tactic" with a sniper rifle, 'no scope'
My LG monitor has a crosshair built into the UI. LOL
That Hidden Reach bit was fucking hilarious. 10/10 to them. I used to use their tactics troll people in Duos as a (dumb) teen.
Fun fact : forsaken actually DID delete the cheat (word.exe) , but the tournament organizers have software (if u wanna call that) that can undo all the software that already deleted.

@@khaluu2000 It went into the trashcan xD

My favorite type of videos, the "caught cheating" ones. Thanks !!
Lol my favorite is still “wtf….Clara…..hold on! My friend must’ve done it!” Gets a chuckle every time I hear it!!!
The number 5 team should have won.
If they made videos over and over and no one fixed them.
It should be a big "fix your shit developers" moment
The Halo team couldn't even bother to take out the map from even competitive at bear minimum
@@jackshizuho1491 you realize they had exploits for almost every map in rotation, right? no matter what, they would have done it at some point in the tournament.
Holy shit HIdden Reach is here lmao
Riolu was actually a famous track mania streamer and speed runner, kinda sad he still never admitted it and never showed his face online ever again
@@michaelyao4 he was in the event and they could just run some diagnostics before the game i guess ?
i mean how stupid esports orgs can be while putting a title and money on the line then there's a winner they go " oh no , we got ourselves a cheater here"
I will never understand why people can’t just do things the right/legitimate way without having to try and justify/rationalize it for themselves. People with your mindset are why cheating exists in the first place.
Thescore: make a video about cheating

That story from Kyler(sp?) Is really wholesome. Mad respect
YOOO ASUMSAUS MY BOI!!
That man makes so high quality videos, as long as I know by himself.
forsaken managed to kill the growing esports scene in india single-handedly.
thankfully its stronger than ever due to valorant being super popular here
MY favorite cheating is at some early league tournament where one player just looked at the screen projecting the game behind them
The trackmania one is actually pretty impressive if he wasn't cheating.
Trackmania and Osu! Share a thing about not being huge esports but are very impressive to watch a high-level play of.
tf u really call osu an esport?
@@2rquoised The tournaments are boring to watch, but people grinding to get top plays are very impressive to watch. It's certainly more of an esport than Fall Guys is.
Top-level plays are almost inhuman, it doesn't matter if you hate the culture, clicking small points with precise aim at >220bpm while following complex patterns is worthy of being a spectator sport. Don't forget about players hitting 70clicks/second on the mania game mode.
@@2rquoised i wouln't call it a no, pressing both fingers in the perfect time while moving your hands really fast for minutes, is REALLY hard.

you can't make a cheating compilation video without that classic Clara clip. that's a rule!
Have you seen the size of that hacked pichu nair? How is that worse than Pika
"We still don't know if Adderall gives an advantage to..." -Said those who have never taken Adderall 😂
Here for the obligatory forsaken clip
0:20 - can’t wait to hear about these cheats that were both unexplainable and inexplicable
Oh shit! I remember watching HLG back during the days of Halo 3! That's absolutely hilarious they got into an official tourney and won with their strats. Nice to hear they're still around having fun
11:17 typo, prorgrammer :)
Nice vid
Dude: talks through the whole entire video without cussing aggressively
Also Dude: 12:07
That Halo incident was hella funny💀. Literally trolled the entire event
Team Mi Seng trolling a Halo tournament will be my favorite case of cheating for years to come 😂
11:15 @donadigo "prorgrammer" uhh editor must have left in a small typo lmao
Lmaooo the classic “Clara” clip at the end
Addrerall defiantly gives you an advantage. Its a really strong stimulant. Everyones reaction times would’ve been insane.
The entire Asian portion of the Halo World Champs qualifiers was a meme, the HLG was just the icing on the cake.
The more amusing thing about the Cameron Jeffers ban was that he was not only banned from the game but also in real life races too.
Team Mi Seng wasn't cheating, they exploited something left in the game by the developers, they needed to patch it out.
There are many instances of players exploiting bugs at officially sponsored events being disqualified for cheating despite not breaking the rules. Game developers don't like to look stupid.
Yeah. Pixelwalking is forbidden in CSGO tournaments. Explanation on what it means:
Players can stand on top of each other to get to different angles, but it is also possible to get boosted to otherwise unaccessible spots.
Waiting for the juicer to watch this OMEGALUL xqcL 1:54

Forsaken : Bonjour
nah forsaken was just trying to finish his college essay that's why he installed word.exe
man was doing multitasking, shame to be banned for competing and doing essay at the same time
The Halo one was hilarious 😂 those guys legit were embracing it
With all the money that's on the line, I'm surprised there haven't been any busts of genuinely sophisticated hacking schemes in tournaments.
You forget to mention 99% of professional pokémon players
Kid: I did meth to win a video game

thumbs up to xQc for putting leash on the white knights, props to the Halo exploiters showing off how broken the competitive game is and massive kudos to Donadigo the legend
Omg I'm so glad you got the Clara! Video at the end
7:25 joke on you
STALLING is pretty much everywhere forbidden
Even before exploids.
