This is one of the first steps to doing a full performance test/review on the Nike Lebron 14! We did the initial overview on the "Out of Nowhere" colorway but we couldn't get it in our size. We picked up the Black Ice colorway last week and immediately started playing basketball in it. More time has to be spent in it to accurately test the cushioning, traction, support, lockdown, impact protection and the other performance tech used in Lebron James' XIV signature Nike sneaker, but in the meantime we wanted to take you along so you can see a little bit of what goes into a full performance review. This is what i like to see. Im actually a pro and it seems like I'm always watching reviews of dudes doing cone and chair drills that doesn't translate in game movement. Its good to see this type of review from some actual ball players. Really appreciate it. Love this kind of performance review.

I've been playing in the Lebron 13 for about a year and really like them. This looks to be even better. Picking up the Crazy Explosive tomorrow for my next hoops shoe but will eventually cop the 14. Keep up the goo work!

I play a lot of baskeball as well and in my personal experience, it doesn't necessarily take "hours" to test a shoe. The brands pretty much have done that for you. I can more times than none, find everything out about my shoes within the first game of playing in them.

Great video guys! Nice one on one drills. I've been playing in the lebron a for almost a week now. The traction is probably it's only downfall. But it's definitely not horrible. Lockdown is good and not too noticeable as you guys noted on the video. That's something I actually like. Breathable for sure. Nice ankle support not great. Best part of the shoe is its cushioning and impact protection. Feels like you're walking on a yoga mat. I like the placement of the zoom units. Thanks for your guys input. Gonna keep watching and waiting for the full overview
