Jason talks to Spencer not just as his sister’s best friend. Spencer drove Jason’s car away from the accident to save him when he was drunk. Season 4 Jason was concerned when Spencer told him she was in rehab. Jason only listened to Spencer about Ali because she was also his sister. Jason told Spencer that he was testifying. And when he changed His mind about it being Ali, he had every reason to tell prosecution about Spencer but he didn’t. Jason pulled Spencer back when they were in the Arcade with A/Cece. And tackled her to the ground so she wouldn’t get hit. Jason protected Spencer more than Melissa did. I always felt Spencer was closer to Jason then Melissa.
Peter Hastings had an affair with Jessica DiLaurentis. Jessica got pregnant and had Jason but they pretended that Kenneth was the father. They're only half siblings.
I would go back to watch the series. Spence and Jason are related. Scientifically they are full siblings, because Spencer’s birth mom is Jason’s mom’s identical twin so they have the same DNA. And they share the same father. So absolutely not.
