- This is the 3rd iteration in so many years that shows the progress of building the new #Bypass road that will actually begin in #Dagupan City, crosses over via #Binmaley and bypasses #Lingayen town.
Also note in this video - the 2 landmark transmission towers on the highest peak in Sual are now gone.
They were like a little "landmark" here for those that live in this area.

+Andre Lomibao in version 3 of the video you may notice the beginning of the connection between Biec and Dagupan City. It’s forthcoming in the next 2-3 years.
Pangasinan once ruled by China before the Spanish from 1405 to 1580. China also founded Lingayen as a Capital in 1405-1406.

+Modesto Castillo all heavy Traffic not having ANY business in Lingayen will pass it by. The current old road is too congested and not wide enough and outright dangerous in the Quibaol Brgy. Road-widening is simply impossible there.
Okay sana Kong na plano maigi yan baka kasi pag natapos yan at dumating ang tag ulan baha sa kaliwa't kanan na brgy tulad ng pinatayo ang de venecia Road may bahaging brgy or St. Na binabaha na di naman binabaha noon?
