I've heard about a situation where a player was to get their ship reimbursed for w/e reason. CCP had a gm contact the player with a Concord npc to arrange the transfer.

Honestly, CCP, please don't ever change these. These Scope reportings from Alton Haveri have to be my all time favorite world/story/lore building delivery method in any game I've ever played. Seeing clips from inside cities on planets, or seeing Alexander Dukas in a board meeting with other people is a great way to show there's actually a whole world beyond our spreadsheet-simulator UI we see in our day-to-day gaming.
You need to look into the RP community.
Its fake you know. Its like a game trailer that shows stuff that is not from the game.
I absolutely love this news format.
This is the biggest update to the game in probably its history. There was always a lack in Pirate things to do. It was pick an empire, or join a Null corp. Now we can fight the empires! And I love how they incorporated this with FW too. We not only have our usual enemy to poke at, but now we have to contend with Pirates!!! I LOVE IT!!! Too many things I'm seeing that I am really looking forward too! Well done CCP! Well Done!
We need something like "Weekly Report of Breaking News" format too where you discuss about all wars and noticable events in player corps
I'm going just to see if they really attack these structures and if there is any defense set up. Lol. This is going to be good.

@@RandoGrunt seen those diamond rat Kestrel put player structures into reinforcement in high sec. So these npc will probably break out a bigger bat being it’s 0.0 space.

I wonder if the story of Eve online can be turned into live action, and I don’t mean just behind the scenes like the documentary I mean a real movie with actual actors I would gladly go to theaters to see that because Eve online is the most unbelievable and ambitious game I have ever seen

Excellent choice having an NPC faction threaten player corporations with destruction instead of having game mods do it. Excellent, brilliant, couldn't have asked for better
I'm so freaking excited. Hopefully in the future we can join more pirate factions and also a new bounty system can come around so we can hunt these pirates and other naughty pilots.
I would love to see a working bounty system, but I don't see any way to get around the fact that you can just pod yourself in an alt to collect the bounty. Even after they tried to work around that by reducing bounty payout based on value of ship destroyed it wasn't great.
@@taiidaniblues7792 if the bounty payout is a percent of the ship lost and controlled by an npc faction the pilot doing that would just lose value, so yes they could do that but atleast they woudlnt profit that way, and it would be a stain on their killboards
@@taiidaniblues7792 the main issue with the bounty system, after it was changed to only pay out based on a % of the ship value, was that the bounty amount would get eaten up by normal pvp.
CCP could change the system, so you had to take out an active contract on a target in order to get the pay out. Also, adding some tracking features, to the game, by the way of a special module, or some other method, that would give the bounty hunter some hints as to the target's whereabouts would be good.

Damn pirates! It's about time to someone to teach them a lesson that they and all their clones won't survive to forget it.
A suggestion I made years ago on forums is now more applicable than ever; I want to give over a slot (any, low/mid/high) to install a pirate transponder that makes me look like a regular gate/belt rat on the overview, and only a direct visual check or full scan should show me as otherwise, until I attack ofc :D

CCP gives us a great feature - LP transfers but for some reason just a few months later they are taking it away from us. Why? Who knows?!
It's because of the introduction of the new Pirate FW LP, they want to monitor that first before it becomes sharable. Also to put in code to make LP transfer logs
