I adore crazy twists, and the cheating spouse is so basic, so my inkling from the get-go was Carmen because I felt like maybe she was being proactive in the investigation and providing evidence to assuage her guilt and maybe leave out important clues that would incriminate her. The will cemented the idea in my head and I even started considering maybe she was one the one writing letters with Chris, not Cheri, because she also has a "C" name. And Chris' usage of old man sounded less like "your current husband," and more like "your father." Nick called her kiddo and said he felt a sort of kinship to her, as well as saying "It's the least I could do for you." So maybe Carmen was down on her luck with money, drowning in debt, or maybe NIck did something bad he needed to repay for. Now I know obviously she couldn't have been the one in the mask because she was inside in the camera feed, but before they realized Chris couldn't have been there either I thought maybe he was the one in the mask. I thought Carmen wanted Nick out of the picture so she could have the bar and the estate and money, potentially pay off debts and maybe run off with Chris. I also may or may not have been in a production of Curtains recently, which is a murder mystery, where I did in fact play a character named Carmen, so maybe that just me trying to make connections that aren't there lol.

Dude! I did a whole case from hunt a killer! It was so amazing and it actually got me really emotional when it all ended! I love it so much! Im currently working on a case that came back a bit ago about Edgar Lee. Solving with friends sounds great, but i love just having a night where i work on my own and look over everything.
The moment they read that Cherry asked to borrow the car I knew it was her, cause as they later pointed out, the boots where in the car and other factors, but that solidified it.
