Children are a blessing from the Lord! He's so precious and beautiful. We adopted so I didn't have the recovery from childbirth, and loved every moment of raising my son who is now a young adult. I can relate to everything you're saying. Someone told me about the book by Marc Weissbluth "Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child." It is a fantastic resource and I recommend it every opportunity I get. It discusses sleep science and training from birth up into the older years. Your library may have it, but I recommend buying your own copy because you will keep referring to it. In fact, I would love to send it as a gift if you will let me know how to do so.
