Dieselboy - Drum & Bass Selection U.S.A. in A = 432hz (Full Album)

- Tuned to A = 432hz from 440hz. The longer, slower wavelength of 432 vibrates on the principles of Phi, putting it in harmony with the human body on a cellular level, as well as all cellular life on Earth. 440hz is an unnatural frequency and vibrates in opposition to the natural frequencies of the Universe.
432hz concert pitch resonates in the heart and the spine. I tune all my music, mostly rap and hip-hop, to 432hz using free software called Audacity. It is a bit of a chore but for me its well worth the time spent. No matter what I listen to, I get a lift from it.

I do not own any of the tracks nor am I affiliated in any way with the producers or Dieselboy.
Mixed by Dieselboy
I am so so grateful to've found this recording. I had this tape in my '98' Vw Beetle. Listened religiously. It disappeared, probably pilfered. This is 1 of my ALL TIME FAVORITE recordings. This would be one of my 5 tapes I would take with me on an island. Yayyy!!!! So glad to be reunited with this =D
What are the other four, yo!?
Yeah Bro!! What about the other four??
Had it on CD years ago! 😁
My old Saturn, and non stop as well!!!! Such a great album!
Brings ya back dont it....
My first ever taste of DNB; I was like 14 years old, and I heard a commercial with that classic "boom, bap, boom-bap". I walked into a record store, and was like, "what kind of music goes 'boom, bap, boom-bap', and after doing this a few times, he was like, "Ohhhhhhhh, you lookin' for DnB/Jungle...and I was like, "I guess?". lol...Sure enough, it was EXACTLY what I was looking for, and 20 plus years later my love for all forms of EDM, with DNB being my number one love, still lives on. Thanks Dieselboy for putting me on!
This was my first taste too. Before this I dismissed EDM but after I heard all the baselines and hip hop samples I was hooked. I've never heard anything like it since. All time great composition!
awww the dayz of walking into the dnb room!!!!!!!!in a dirty ass warehouse!!!
Only true fans know about that!
Sweaty little backroom with all the true junglists... that feeling
House kids knew what was up when we just kept walking past their weak rooms to the sounds of the rollers and amens
My boi Jesse put me on to this about 20 years ago he's passed on since but will always live through this album 😢😅😊 R.I.P. J
Holy shit 20 plus years and this STILL CREEPS UNDER MY SKIN!!! One of my fav dnb mixes ever! Definitely my fav Dieselboy mix!!! I just love how it can still grab me like it used to!! They don't make it like this no more!
Diesel boy brings me back to the 90's
This record is what made me LOVE drum and bass!!! It's what,... 20 years old now?
Replay replay replay! This and DMX over and over
best dnb mix of history ! still listening it after almost 15yrs
you got that right, Ain't no use for resistance
Same here brother :: respects 🥁
You mean, 25 years right 😂
This and East Coast Science made me fall in love with DNB ..... I still remember being in the circus in NY hearing this for the first time ... I had to stop what i was doing and just listen !!!
When I first started breakdancing this was my cd
Yes dieselboy what a fuckung DJ he was and is
Geez man!!!! So many years later and still find myself moving my body just like i use to.. The sequence of basslines of the tracks are perfect..
one of the best albums before he went dark!!!!
DEFINITELY one of his best albums! The FIRST time I heard this was back in 1996, in my homie's Jeep Wrangler, on a cassette tape. Good ol days! Thank you VERY much for posting this piece of art, so WE are able to listen an re-live good times! 👊⚡⚡
fantastic mix and i will keep this alive until im gone!
Slammin’ record. Such a great compilation of various artists. Absolute classic of that era. Big props to DB for bringing such amazing artists together under his name.
Pascal “Moving On” -absolutely iconic. Big thanks to that artist
Definitely a great mix, there was another DnB DJ that moved to NYC from the UK that had a huge impact on the East Coast jungle scene, DJ DB. I used to play this cassette by Dieselboy constantly back in the day, and also DB's History of our World Part 2. He started Breakbeat Science in NYC back then, total legend along with DJ Dara, while Dieselboy was out of Philly. I used to play both of those tapes constantly in the late 90's, but DB's mix came out a little earlier than this one by DSL. That got me into DnB really, along with LTJ Bukem's Logical Progression!
This is tight though really 🏆🥇🥈🥉🏅🎖️💃🕺🎼🎵🎶
this is the foundation set for drum n bass dj's in the u.s
@st0rmdr490n thank you for that! this was the mix that turned me onto dnb too! this is one of my all time favorite albums. its a masterpiece, front to back. to me it always sounded like an evolved form of hip hop. ive never heard anything quite like it this day. craze is ill but this still the standard for me. if I ever produced a mix, this would be the measuring stick!
Kids these days have no idea
Yup... Kids today have no clue!
Memories. Loved this mix. Remember downloading it from Napster.
you kids nowadays with your sync buttons and high gauge wiring. Back in our day we were lucky to get stable juice from the generators. you kids have it easy. Respect!
One of my all time favorite albums. Flawless.
They sure don't make bangin' DNB like this anymore...
to be fair, they actually do. This is like, the least banging version of dnb
@@srblond I am always open to recommendations 😁 . I do not think this is weak at all . Too me this has enough "ghetto"to separate it from tech /dark/ jazz . The BASS on this selection is not only catchy but thought provoking . Weak ? Hard No my man . Yes I do have my faves and this is one becouse these tracks were the limit of technology at the time
The good ol day's. Maybe not the heaviest bass line's, but fine ass treble.
Facts
@@lebowskiunderachiever3591nah, he’s right that stuff got much heavy than this. But I wouldn’t call this *weak*.. kinda standard-ish
Late 90s was great for raveing when party's started at 10pm and didn't stop til the sun came up
Early 90s too! Roots!
Im bumping this at 41.. When I was younger I used to spin records. Im being a DJ

Where u at Diesel??!?! We need more of this nowadays... bring it back.....

Diesel should do another Jungle mix. That would be dope.
Thanks for bringing back the memories!
i read the discription, very rad very original. and this album is sick aswell.
En 2021 Tout aussi bon :)
Hi Dieselboy. Please make a dub version of this album. Been a fan since 1998. My homie bought your cd at a rave in Phoenix. 97 octane. Oh boy. Then this jungle CD came out. It's one of the faves, and been listening a lot. Peace. 🙂
Oh shit, I haven’t heard this album in a long time!
Yes 432. 🙏
timeless
Memories.......
love this album! he crashed beats I'm guessing cuz he's actually mixing vinyl on two 1200's. ya know, real dj'ing.
@Matthew Andrews trend followers
@Matthew Andrews There's a big difference between taking years to learn to beat match by ear & matching lines on a screen.
Have a listen to some early Dieselboy live mixes from mid 90s. He trainwrecks a good bit on those early mixtapes, particularly the live sets. Damien has certainly honed his craft over the years, and was as flawless as his cohorts AK and Dara at 3 different Planet of the Drums I attended at Club Laga in Pittsburgh, and he was great when I seen him spin solo at Steel Rhythms event in Cleveland, and once spinning with Andy Sine at Club Laga. Dieselboy, Dara, AK1200, DB, 3D, J. Smooth, UFO, I've been fortunate to witness some of the best, as well as Ohio Valley legends including Bagel, Alaska, and DJ Moose.
"Real Dj's" play music for a crowd to enjoy. It doesn't matter what they use.
If they're recording a live set than fine....in the studio they can tighten up a bit....
I heard Damian didnt pick the tracks on this mix, but the label did a hell of a job anyway huh
432 real sound
probly because everything else was so perfect in this mix he didnt want to redo and not get the same effect and it was such a minor mistake that he fixes in like 2 seconds
Repitched oldies, word
seen him spin over 100 times
he must be really dizzy!
How many pingas was dropped during
@@Machiventa, 😂😂😂
Fun fact: he took my mother's virginity. 100% dead serious lol i still live in the shithole town he was smart enough to move out of
What is the ID for the fuckery at 41:20 ?
nice 1 mate! I like the mix too! Big Tune!=]
shits always hard when gavin spins
james muriheid who is Gavin?
I LOVE THIS!!! Even if he crashes the beat @ 40:01
4+3+2 = 9 ... That's how you know
i just fight with daevelds with drum and bassss
lol I know!! i would have turned it off and started over. i always figured he left it in on purpose...for character. then again, i tried my hand at spinning records and the main thing i couldnt overcome was becoming bored with the tracks. in that context i can understand why he rolled with it. a minor blemish on an otherwise perfect masterpiece.
Nobody did it like Dara.
46:10 shit goes hard AF .
Crazy🔥🔥🔥🔥
Also, what note is 432 or 440 hz? It doesn't make any sense to me. All the sounds are either a square or sine wave amplified to any number of frequencies between 10hz and 20khz, right? Are you saying the average frequency is 432hz?
@ShamanicSoundz yeah...been using it since 02. does everything i need it to do. sometimes ill speed it back up to the original tempo but i wanted to hear how it sounded.
would be interesting to hear it in 432 hz on a proper system and not uploaded to youtube for maximum sound qaulity
Watch Adam Neely's video on 432hz. It's very interesting.
*Dieselboy* Tuned to 432hz? Awesome.
430 hz is better ! Kidding . I kinda spent years researching stuff . D&b with thousands of watts behind it was something NAZIs couldn't forecast or predict
I think it is better. A little softer on the ears. A little easier on the soul. It's subtle but it just vibes better IMO. But it's all a matter of preference.
Yes
classic....boh!
the bass actually loses some of its clarity, listen to 52:28 should be much clearer
TUUUNES!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Id have to agree.
This shit make me wish I was in London lol 😂
Maybe he did it just to prove he actually mixed it live instead of a multi track recorder like a lot of DJs did (BadBoy Bill and DJ Bam Bam, for example, but most DJs can tell their shit is heavily edited and modded.)
Listened to this mix over and over in the mid-late 90s. Sold me on dnb. Lost the CD. Extremely stoked to find it here. Not sure about the 432 hz. Will read up on it. The mix sounds the same anyway... doesn't it?
🔆🏵🔆🏵
Reads somewhere that the music was pre-chosen for him on this one.
Dan Donnelly own Suburban base Records who I want to say was out of leads I could be wrong about that the same place that The Prodigy came from it was a whole sort of like sound that that group of people produced it was a major Collective and dieselboy would not be who he is today without Dan Donnelly he basically put him on the map got him the tracks that were in the UK put him in the spotlight. There is a short documentary on Suburban base records that is well worth the watch
Need higher upload quality. can we get a 720p.
i've listen to this alot and never really noticed the blemish..
diesle to the day we dye
🏆🥇🥈🥉🏅🎖️🎼🎵🎶🕺💃
im not sure there is anything more i can do as far as the settings go...its all opened up. my suggestion to you would be to get youtube downloader from cnet. thats what i do.
🧑🚀
olha so!!!
audiothief
I know you'll love me forever xD
@40:1 sec the tune coming in is off beat for a sec
gcombes420 oh no... It's slightly off! I guess this mix is garbage then? SMDH!
Uhmmm, can someone with a physics background actually explain how "tuning" works for electronic bass music that's been mixed and pitched up/down to match beats using a turntable? Bass frequencies are less than 250Hz and music itself is inconsistent with respect to frequency and is a mixture of thousands of sounds at different frequencies. That's why it's not a single tone. Even the most prominent frequency is not 440Hz. If you pitch an entire song down by 8Hz, isn't the portion that had been 448Hz now going to be 440Hz?! This is what happens when my brain goes into a technology analysis loop, like back when I was listening to this mix the 1st-50th times... Brain rattled from all the BASSBINS!
DISCLAIMER: I do actually understand how frequencies are calculated. Please don't try to explain the changes to me.
are U using audacity to convert 440Hz to 432Hz?
Can we get a tracklist please
Most DNB tracks from 1996 WERE NOT wrote in a key. Especially this mix. It's lots of samples and 808 kicks for basslines, all pitched to whatever the producer felt like. So, assuming that all the tracks in this mix are 440 to begin with is absolute nonsense.
And then re-pitched when mixed on turntables lol
Chiggin
Lots of Europe tunes today on 443. US back to 440. 442 is better because of string action of string instruments, and they sound better on 442. 432 nobody uses for a long time. Only in midieval music. Strings instruments sounds awfull on 432.
15:40
YO CHECK THIS OUT. CHECK THIS OUT. CHECK ME OUT!!! Best fucking track comin in right there! 46:00

Oh wow, did you know dieselboy was a drum and bass DJ??? LOL just kidding, nah but for real here's to all the drum and bass DJs that didn't sell out when dubstep reared its ugly head.
