It’s dusty because the roads is expanded in other part so they r not maintaining it and they r not allowed to build more then 4 stores in main areas because of geography it is said thats the mud there is not strong u see the seti river follow under the city and pokhara is the place in Nepal where rain fall a lot that why it’s called city of lake and u know Nepal is located between Tibetan Plateau anytime there is possibility of earthquake
