Nice! If you don't have the Arcane Mirror yet, I would suggest going for a Golden Belt in your artifact slot. It has nice resists and other things while you get to legendary. You can get golden belt in act 5 normal.

I have 22 attribute points I have not used because I'm worried about not having enough requirement points for gear. I tried looking for Icescale gear location but all I have found is that it drops from slushwabbles? LOL where are these guys at ? Also will I be ok to just dump the rest of my attribute points into strength ?

lol slushwabbles? Is that some kind of translation? That is hilarious. Ice scale drops from the ichthians in Kaupangr(sp) past Scandia. They are the only ichthians in act 5 afaik. Only get enough str for gear. Otherwise go Dex. This will become more natural as you figure out the requirement benchmarks. Not sure I want to look into gear, but go for high resists, have swap rings for each element, and try to have an item suffix that provides Health or DA on as many things as possible (i.e. "of survival"). If you need pierce, just buy a pierce res shield and put a rigid carapace charm in it.
From a reflect perspective which trance is better: -Wrath to lower enemy res against the reflected dmg. -Empathy to increase the amount reflected. For a reflect paladin, is squall counter synergistic for reflect ? while it lower enemy res, it also lowers their dmg... :(
- ToW deal skill disruption which may interupt enemies from using skill on you which a bit anti-synergy reflect dmg. If you use weapon and other sources of Reduced Resistances, you can go with ToE than ToW. And it really depends on the total amount of %reflect dmg from gears, skill + RR from all sources affect on enemies too. - Squall and its upgrade is anti-synergy to reflect dmg, but it can helps in scenarios that your reflect build is not tanky much.
Hmm that sounds fun, it would be great against trash. A monster infrequent club/axe "of nightmares" would be good against Heroes. Not sure about bosses though... you should be tanky enough to sustain against them with Defense + Squall. A cursory look at items suggest some potential, like with the axe "thump".

There was this "thing" that drained my mana and took my ability to cast stone form, Just before I killed hades while looking for the 5 crystals?
Jadens Journeys : Sometimes there is a super Gigantes in front of Hades. It's called a Dactyl. Mana drain and over powered attacks combine to make is 100 times deadlier than the average Gigantes. It uses the Dream mastery skills at high levels. It's like suddenly facing Toxeus in a dungeon. It was said that there is a small chance you can encounter Toxeus in any dungeon. This year, I've been told by an expert that Toxeus can appear in two places only in the game.

Mostly it is because I would lose Stone Form, which I relied on heavily in legendary. You can use Bracers of Atlas to overcome this, but replacing stonebinder cuffs is a tough call. Even if you are only swapping to them every now and again. With Squall, Storm might be safe enough, hard to say.
They are all kind of bad unfortunately, its more about avoiding the -attack speed and the stun chance as those are anti-synergistic! I am not actually sure if +X% dmg vs Y works with reflect. I highly doubt it!
Core Dweller has Provoke... Which is designed to draw opponents to the Core Dweller. So, worst pet ever for the build. The devs might well have purposely blocked Legendary versions of Ice Scale because 500% is too OP. You've said Reflect is too OP as it is. You're running just 1/4 IceScale items as is. In Legendary!
The charts that start at 1:04 shows the attributes at the bottom. Dexterity 127 (normal) 307 (epic) 425 (legendary) for stone binder cuffs. Strength for gear and the rest into health. None in Energy or Intellect.

They fixed the icescale drop. We are now able to get legendary icescale armor on legendary without using mods.
