Quick Chrollo Cosplay Makeup Tutorial | HxH

I filmed the process of doing my Chrollo makeup for TikTok but since it ended up 3 min long I figured I'd put it on UA-cam too!
I do this in really strong natural light which is the most unforgiving, you’ll look better once you step away from the mirror. I also did a TOUCH of mascara on just the outer top lashes sweeping directly sideways.
