@aparnaanil100 Use UTM VM in your mac book. That's the solution. Mac architecture (hardware) is M1 & M2 chip. Oracle VM is 64-bits architecture. UTM is safe.

Could not find an open hard disk with UUID {58e5f9bc-8752-4b4c-aa05-e01a4d472d71}. How can I fix this? Also, I tried to create a new machine, and when starting it I get a Shell prompt suddenly. I've never got this before, how do I bypass it and what do I need to enter? ( I would prefer bypassing it). Thanks!

ran into the same issue. looks like virtualbox does not support the Apple M1-3 chips. Parallels is an alternative but its $$$

That’s maybe you downloaded the M1/M2 hosts and you have intel processor so make sur you downloaded the right one
