    What is the orange paste added at 15:53?
    It is not fried but simmered. There is no way to cook such big chunks of meat by deep-frying them for 5 minutes. There is no way to cook such bug chunks of meat by deep-frying them, the outside would be burned before the inside is cook. And you would not wash out the food after deep-frying it.
    The quick stay in deep-fry is to give colour to the outside of the meat, before cooking it for more than on hour in the soup with all the spices.
    I enjoy kao kra moo, but it i not a deep-fried dish 😁
