Glad the videos helped! The Rode videomic is a very versatile and excellent all-round piece of kit, you will find yourself using it a lot. Just be careful about extending the the cord too far or you may encounter buzzing issues the max I do is 10m using gold plated factory molded extension leads (home made leads always cause probs!) If you are able to monitor the sound through headphones (plugged into the camera) it will help you immensely. we've got a how-to video coming up soon on CB channel

Thanks, I've been watching all your videos they really help. I built the track dolly and it works well, gonna use that the the $15 boom pole with a rode videomic i just picked up on my new movie. "The last verse" looks cool, how can i get my hands on a copy?
