With the Projared situation, I am starting to eye my favorite tubers with heart attack induced dread. While not the biggest fan, I did spend 8 hours binging his reviews under some bed sheets and blankets once, so that's good enough to be invested and dude was very funny. I'm studying law, and just thought I'd let you know that public defenders actually request that their client do not inform them of their guilt. If they perceive the client as innocent it is easier to fight the case - at least in Australia anyway. Love your videos ❤

If you have been married before you need to show the documents of your divorce, if you're not able to proof you've been divorced, no marriage for you. I don't think a polygamous relationship is illegal, but a polygamous marriage isn't possible.
I don't think we should ever justify the behavior of flirting while you are in any kind of a committed relationship with anyone. It only invites trouble.

They held that while the free exercise clause allows people believe whatever the heck they want, Congress still has the power to legislate and control actions. After all, if they were allow people to break the law because of their religious beliefs that would open a dangerous gateway. If they were to have allowed Polygamy after it was outlawed then it would give people the ability to completely ignore any laws Congress makes simply because of their religious beliefs. This could result in the government not being able to prosecute things like theft, kidnapping, and human sacrifice, because all someone would have to say to get away with it would be “its part of my religion”. Needless to say, the Supreme Court decided that while people can believe whatever they want about polygamy (or anything else) religious beliefs do not give people the right to break the law. It’s a bit of a double edged sword as it restricts freedom of expression and potentially could be used by a corrupt Congress to dominate and silence peaceful religious factions, but I get why it had to be this way. If people can break the law because they don’t agree with it, then we really have no government, and with no government everything falls into chaos.
I dont know if this law carries into every other state but in CA, and most states I'd assume, if Ze tried to force all his clients to settle and they didnt want to he could be asked to be removed and replaced by whoever hes defending. Lawyers that gotta defend even shitty people have it hard
