    Hey.mine accepted the reset and update codes but rejected the token code. Do you have any info about that

      Step ya kwanza weka the first code then finya enter then ngoja kiasi then insert again the second code then enter hiyo Tu kama umetumiwa hizo codes..Na kama haingii it means that meter has a problem..

      Dear Customer,
      Your meter ########## is scheduled for Update Token Meter Yako Campaign. Load any bought and UNUSED TOKENS before you update your meter. Buy a new Electricity token for any amount to receive the Update Token Meter Yako codes & follow the instructions given. If Update is successful, your meter will accept the Electricity token.

      Yes I received that message but no updating code even after buying tokens more than 3 times, the ciu keeps rejecting the token​@@mrvictor254

      I did receive the update codes but whenever I enter the codes the connection fails every time

      Sorry for that try this Press 59698686 followed by your meter number, then press OK. Next, enter 1275 4194 1448 6450 5970 followed by OK
