Sam is a good guy and loyal to his staff... that being said, I believe that Enos wants to fit players to his offense, rather than the offense to the players! Also, his offense is apparently easy for DC's to scout. Nothing in his offense compliments itself, as the check downs are in same areas that the defense is for primary routes.

Nobody thought a Sam Pittman coached team would have such a horrid offensive line and a third-year starting QB would have such a bad offense. You see the defense.
I do believe today was the end of the Sam Pittman era. After this season Sam will be gone. I like him as a person but he is in over his head. Even in his press conference he pretty much said he does not know whats happening or how to fix it. That signals the end. There is absolutely no reason a team with this much talent on the roster is this bad. The offensive play calling is horrible, the O line is horrible, KJ is all over the place trying to make things happen but he can’t. The defense is really good. That is the only reason Arkansas has been in any of the games this season.
Pittman didn't suddenly get stupid. This is the same head coach who took Arkansas to a 9-win season 2 years ago, and now he's even more experienced. He knows what the problems are--EVERYBODY does--and he knows what has to be done; he's just reluctant to do it--at least until the end of the season.

Sam has made the same mistakes over and over without correcting them. I like Sam, a lot of people do but his time at Arkansas is coming to an end. Not a Hog fan, but I'm not sure why they are still trying to keep KJ in the pocket. The man is a beast. Roll him out and wall up the line, give him options. Go to more RPO options for him to choose from. Run screen plays. Force the D line to hesitate and try to gain a few extra seconds. Play under center some versus the shotgun. So many options with KJ, but it seems to be the same old thing each week.
The point you made about the Defense last year being what the offense is this year is the exact point I made to my cousins today. If you took this years defense and matched it with last year's offense, I believe with all my heart Arkansas would be making a lot of noise in the SEC right now. Smh. It sucks.

Like most, I love Pittman, but the Razorbacks have evolved into Bielema ball - who coincidentally, also utilized Dan Enos as OC, though more effectively. Sadly, the defense remains stout and salty, but the offense has been a hot mess. Change is obviously needed, but no idea how things can be fixed during mid-season. Go Hogs.
You do realize Enos was AHC & QBC at Bama after Arkansas, right? Don’t you think he would’ve taken some of the lessons from working in Saban’s system, and use them at his other locations. That makes me think there is something holding him back. But, I wasn’t very happy when I heard he was hired as the OC.
Watch the broadcast. Louis Riddick did a wonderful job explaining what he saw as far as the ineptitudes of the offense. Unfortunately, much better than the Arkansas football media that I doubt ever played a snap past 4th grade. Not you, but you know who I'm referring to.
I still say this is on Enos, I was ok with it at the start. But now that the offense is just a pure train wreck dumpster fire. And he didn't even try to go deep against man coverage to test them, he's not the one! I don't blame Sam (easy to do) because he's doing what he can! Enos is not the right OC for us. We aren't going to a bowl game this year cause FIU is all we have let at a chance to not end the season at 2 wins. I say bench KJ and put in Criswell as a start to shaking things up. KJ isn't playing like he should or what people keep saying as good. He finally gets pass protection and overthrows players for what could have been 20+ yard receptions. He knows just like everyone else that the defenses are going to get to him yet he wants to hold the ball like it is some fragile egg instead of trying to get the ball out quicker. You know how you stop getting blitzed by doing quick passes like quick slants and quick in's/out's that play on the fact the OLine can't protect. That gets the defense to start backing off since they realize a blitz isn't fast enough. I mean hell we are all about the shotgun formation so that gives him a couple seconds and the average QB is suppose to be able to get the ball out in something like 3 seconds anyways.

If Pittman’s win/loss record is over .500, the buyout today is 16.7 million. If it’s less than .500, then it’s 7 million. They could fire Pittman and pay the lower amount.
First time head coach with no one to help him out. Can’t help but think that the former coordinators really played a part of telling coach what to do in certain situations. I don’t see anymore wins on the schedule.
Why isn't any one calling out our WR's? Even when KJ has had time to throw he can't find anyone open. We didn't recruit well and we went out and picked up some slow ass D2 kids and overhyped them in the offseason.

This ^^^ I saw footage of KJ in Cali or somewhere doing some pro-level mumbo jumbo in the sand. I think he forgot he was playing collegiate football and not in the draft portal....

when you have WRs running into the same zones that are covered by 1 DB it’s not your QBs fault

Like most, I love Pittman, but the Razorbacks have evolved into Bielema ball - who coincidentally, also utilized Dan Enos as OC, though more effectively.
Sadly, the defense remains stout and salty, but the offense has been a hot mess.
Change is obviously needed, but no idea how things can be fixed during mid-season.

ENOS wants it to be Bielema/Enos style run up middle...maybe a screen... and pass on third and forever (maybe)....play action
You do realize Enos was AHC & QBC at Bama after Arkansas, right? Don’t you think he would’ve taken some of the lessons from working in Saban’s system, and use them at his other locations. That makes me think there is something holding him back. But, I wasn’t very happy when I heard he was hired as the OC.
Enos short time being here ain't got nothing to do with O-LINE sucking and KJ'S history of inconsistencies period!!
Watch the broadcast. Louis Riddick did a wonderful job explaining what he saw as far as the ineptitudes of the offense. Unfortunately, much better than the Arkansas football media that I doubt ever played a snap past 4th grade. Not you, but you know who I'm referring to.
I still say this is on Enos, I was ok with it at the start. But now that the offense is just a pure train wreck dumpster fire. And he didn't even try to go deep against man coverage to test them, he's not the one! I don't blame Sam (easy to do) because he's doing what he can! Enos is not the right OC for us. He needs to go, preferably ASAP
I blame Sam for hiring Enos, especially because Sam was here and could see how Enos' offenses performed during the Bielema years. As far as I'm concerned, Sam is guilty of felony bad judgment.

All the backs had to do was get in field goal range two more times and we would have won the game. Pitiful.
We aren't going to a bowl game this year cause FIU is all we have let at a chance to not end the season at 2 wins. I say bench KJ and put in Criswell as a start to shaking things up. KJ isn't playing like he should or what people keep saying as good. He finally gets pass protection and overthrows players for what could have been 20+ yard receptions. He knows just like everyone else that the defenses are going to get to him yet he wants to hold the ball like it is some fragile egg instead of trying to get the ball out quicker. You know how you stop getting blitzed by doing quick passes like quick slants and quick in's/out's that play on the fact the OLine can't protect. That gets the defense to start backing off since they realize a blitz isn't fast enough. I mean hell we are all about the shotgun formation so that gives him a couple seconds and the average QB is suppose to be able to get the ball out in something like 3 seconds anyways.

So KJ all of a sudden sucks this year and regressed? No. Blame the staff. The running backs who can't average over 2 yards. The receivers who never get open maybe a little. He's one guy.
I cant think of another hc in the sec that doesnt have the backbone to bench a struggling qb.........Saban would...Kiffin would......the list goes on and on...sad really

Trey. - hang in there. We feel your pain big time. How is it that the O is getting worse when we play not so good teams? Worse! what happened to our Bama effort? Trey your exactly correct. Our facilities and fans are second to no one. I just don’t get it. Our D held them to 7 points. We can’t score 10 or 14 points ? This is almost like the Twilight Zone. And Rod Serling is suddenly the announcer.
If Pittman’s win/loss record is over .500, the buyout today is 16.7 million. If it’s less than .500, then it’s 7 million. They could fire Pittman and pay the lower amount.
First time head coach with no one to help him out. Can’t help but think that the former coordinators really played a part of telling coach what to do in certain situations. I don’t see anymore wins on the schedule.

Why isn't any one calling out our WR's? Even when KJ has had time to throw he can't find anyone open. We didn't recruit well and we went out and picked up some slow ass D2 kids and overhyped them in the offseason.
The RBS as well why In the world is AJ Green not starting Dubinion has been missing his assignments all season and gives us nothing in the run game.
